Alastor pushed Mia behined cover and hid there himself as the guards started shooting at him and Mia, thinking he was trying to escape. Alistair was taken to the med bay.

 

" what ? There are soldiers on the outside . . ."
She strained to get a look at the ones he mentioned, but she wasn't in the state right now to try and see if they had origin from the empire. When she saw the guards were trying to attack the two, even though they were her enemies she couldn't stand by and watch. Yjuna even in her state rushed forward and tackled both the guards while still handcuffed, she knocked both of their guns from their hands and kicked both of them with tremendous strength that they hit the wall and were knocked unconscious, they would live, but when they awoke later they would have a hell of a headache.

 

"Whoa, what's going on out there?" Talia said as they brought Alistair into the Medical Bay. "Put him over on that bed!" She called out pointing to the bed next to Garrus.

 

Ryo clenched his gun tightly. Everything was moving so fast at the moment he was getting confused. Once he saw Yjuna kick away the guards he looked over at Alastor and Mia "its safe to come out" Ryo said. Despite this he prepared himself for any counter attack from Alastor just in case

 

When Alastor stood up he had his gun aimed at Yjuna, Mia stood behined him, keeping out of Yjuna's view.

"All hell is going on down there" one of the guards said putting Alistair on the bed and leaving to go help the others.

 

Ryo sighed as he aimed his gun at Alastor "so why don't you explain the situation" Ryo said

 

As soon as Ryo aimed at Alastor Mia aimed at Ryo. "Drop it" she said in a commanding vice, fit for a ruler to her people.

 

"not until you explain whats going on" Ryo said coldly

 

Yjuna didn't even flinch once when pointed the gun at her once again, even though she was in fact helping them out, she didn't mind.
" So everyone is everyone's enemy, how can a union such as yours survive like that?"
She said quietly under her breath.

 

"Techincally only you and me are supossed to be on the same side, she's part of the Federation" he said looking at Mia "And he is part of the Coalition" he said looking at Ryo "And I am a captain of the Royal guard" he said looking back at Yjuna.

 

" Well . . I don't consider myself part of any side anymore, they obviously all despise me, so why choose a side when you can rule yourself?"
Yjuna said as she sat down on the ground showing that she had surrendered.

 

"because when you rule your self you become even more dangerous then you where, as much as you hate goverments, you need them or you will turn into a monster" Alastor said in a bitter tone.

"Ryo, drop your weapon. Your not my enemy, are you?" Mia asked Ryo.

 

" Yet the monsters are the ones that are currently being governed? So is it better being a monster on a leash then one with a free will? Observe, I have been a "monster" for my entire life almost and alas I am not the one pointing the gun at people's heads?"
Yjuna said referring to him.

 

"You have no idea what its like to be a monster!" Alastor ahouted at Yjuna "You at least had a normal life, a life of a loving family at one point, you where never forced to try and kill those you considered family, you never went threw memory rewrites and you never spent waking moment living with a psycopath in your head fighting you for control every breathing minute of your life!"

 

" Unfortunatly yeah I do know what being a monster is like, indeed yeah I had a wonderful family, but it doesn't sit well especially after I found out that my parents were murdered by that same man you hate. . . well I think you hate him or obviously you wouldn't go shooting people randomly in the knees. This is getting stupid, people and assuming everything about one. . . I swear I think a bullet in the head is better then hearing it being told over and over. . . Don't say I don't know what being a monster or loosing someone is like . . ."
Yjuna sighed as she leaned her chin into her palm.

 

"You don't know, because at heart you are still human" Alastor said, he was tired of this. He was about to pull the trigger when the captain came down the ramp with three full security teams "Enough, all four of you, this is way out of hand!" she yelled at all of them.

 

Talia treated Alistair's wounds, cleaning them off before bandaging him up. "Man, first day and this happens."

 

"I've been threw worst, I got stuck in the vacum of space for three minutes with a small hole in my pilot suit. So I was floating there while my life was being literaly sucked out of my suit" he said grimacing from the pain.

 

"Geez, how'd you survive that?" Talia cut off the end of the bandage and tucked it underneath another part of the bandage wrap.

 

" Finally . . . "
Yjuna said as she continued to sit on the ground, completely calm, even though her knees were oozing blood.
