" I don't get it, why don't you people kill me? Apparently I thought I was useless. Aren't I a danger to you people ?"
Yjuna spoke aloud, her witty teenage attitude seeming to comeback after being so calm and short spoken for a long period of time.

 

One of the guards slammed the back of his gun into Yjuna's head, if it had been a normal person it would have killed them, but It was done more just to keep her quiet.

 

" Ow !! Hey, fine be rough !!! You aren't going to shut me up."
She said as she busied herself with watching the scenery as they pull her along wondering where they could possibly be taking her.

 

One of the pilots opened the landing bay doors and headed futher into the base. The base it self seemed rundown but there was still power running, though most lights wern't working due to age. The door to the shuttle closed behined them, leaving only one way to go, further into the base.

 

" Hmm, it seems this place goes on forever, does it go deep underground as well?"
The girl wondered aloud to herself.

 

The guard hit Yjuna again when she spoke, when they reached another door the same pilot opened it. On the other side was rows of tanks, large enough to hold a single person each, in each tank where children, they all looked exactly the same. Most of the tanks powers had shut down, killing the person in it, but some of them still had power, keeping the occupant alive. There where also bodies all threw the room, some looked like empire guards, others like doctors, but they where all to degraded to tell for sure.

 

Yjuna felt a sickening feeling in her stomach at the sight of all the degrading carnage, maybe that or the sight of the lab brought back bad memories of whens he spent most of her childhood in a lab.
" What happened to these people . . .?"

 

"How should we know, this place has been abandoned for nine years" one of the soldiers said examining one of the tanks. "What ever happened, I doubt the Empire would want the people to know" said a pilot.

 

" These peopled don't appear to have died by starvation or illness . . it seems as if they were killed by force, some of their bodies are mutilated a bit. . . "
Yjuna said looking down at the corpse of a fallen lab assistant , well it appeared to be by the uniform, it seemed her jaw had gone missing.

 

One of the soldier suddenly fell to the ground, he had been shot in the head but there had been no noise. The other quickly looked around to see where the shot had come from. Anothe rsoldier quickly fell to the ground.

 

Yjuna quickly broke free of the guard who was holding her and ran across the lab, intent on getting away from them, but also out of sight from the silent assassin.

 

One of the guards shouted at Yjuna but he never gave chase, none of the shuttle crew did.

 

" Hmm, these people sure are strange. . . I wonder what it could be stalking us down here. . . it won't hurt to give it a try . . ."
She thought to herself as Yjuna shouted down the empty hall.
" Hello?!"

 

Ryo walked out of the Ark and stretched "well it feels good to be outside once more" Ryo said

 

No one responded to Yjuna. A bulkhead behined Yjuna closed, cutting off anychance of the shuttle crew following from that direction.

One of the security patrols returned to the Ark's hanger. They had serached a small section of the base and determined it was safe for people to explore that section.

 

Ryo sighed "might as well explore around" Ryo muttered as he decided to walk around the base

 

There where many doors that had white markings on them, to indicate the security teams hadn't looked beyond them yet. There where many corpse in the facility. Much of the base looked like there had been a massive fight, even after nine years there was still damage.

 

Ryo decided to walk threw a door. As he looked down at the corpses he just remained quiet

 

The room Ryo walked into used to be a security station for the base, most of the terminal were destroyed or degraded from time, but one screen still flickedered on. It showed camera all over the base, though most camera;s weren't working.

 

"now lets see if I can find something interesting" Ryo said as he look over at the screen and tried taking as much detail he could
