"understood" Ryo said as he gave the captain a little nod and looked over at Seven "lets go" Ryo said

 

Alistair was in the change room putting his pilot suit on.

"Yes sir" Seven said as he went to put his Pilot suit on.

 

" Yeah I know what it means, but the top priority right now is getting out of here in one piece. Can't have any more causalities."
Yjuna said as she followed him.

 

"say Seven, tell me do you have any plans for the future, any future desires you wish to accomplish?" Ryo said as they walked

 

"I wouldn't know. My past is gone, all I know is that I was brainwashed to be a radical soldier. But something happened and I suffered amnesia that apparently broke the brainwashing and I was found by Coalition forces. For one year I trained with them and then they gave me my MHW and sent me here. So I have no idea what I want to accompilish" Seven said as they walked, his voice filled with sadness and regret.

Once on the transport Josh closed the doors after Yjuna and launched the ship, but didn't go far, there where many MHW's around and they needed to be careful.

 

Drake walked into his own room but it was a fast change for him. He wore what he could of the flight suit under his uniform for a quick leave in emergencies. And also he didn't like for any of his subordinates to be waiting on him.

As soon as he was ready Drake went to the hangar and got himself set up into his MHW.

 

"well I say you should find something to work towards. It helps motivate you to fight. For example, my goal is to find a nice girl, get married and start a nice family, but before I can do that I have to stay alive" Ryo said

 

"I never had goals like that, and I still don't. But it seems so simple, personally I don't plan on making it that far" Seven said.

Alistair jumped in his striker at the same time as Drake.

 

"the past is something we cannot change so that is why you must look to the future" Ryo said as he walked ahead

 

"Nice time" Drake commented to Alistair as they prepped their machines "I think I'm going to like you"

 

Yjuna sat in her seat and looked out the window, waiting for the chance to finally leave this place. The place smelt of blood and too much of it.

 

"But what about those with no past?" Seven asked.

"I have a mission so I do it as quickly as possible, besides this is the third time today I have had to deploy" Alistair said closing the cockpit hatch.

Josh flew the transport below one of the FEderations Battleships as it was leaving.

 

"well then just look to the future. As time pasts you can make a new past you can look back at" Ryo said

 

" Do plan on following the enemy ship? What if they catch on to us being here?"
Yjuna said as she looked out the window

 

Drake laughed as he continued to put the suit on. "Maybe you're new to bodyguard missions kid, but they take the same amount of time regardless of how quick and skilled you are. That is provided you don't fail of course. That tends to end the mission a bit early."

 

"Maybe" Seven said as they entered the hanger.

"Well if they find us at all we are screwed, but if hiding under the ship we can hide our signal and IFF and follow it to a point and then split off" Josh said keeping the ship steady.

"I don't plan on failing or being shot down. Thinking like that can decrease your chances" Alistair said walking his striker to the catapult.

 

"Quit your yammering and let's go, dammit!" Garrus strapped in and activated his Striker.

 

"Well you're half right" Drake said as he walked along side him "Dwelling on it will get you distracted and make you hesitate. But you need to realize it as a possibility. Going out all high and mighty and pretending you're invincible is likely to get you killed. And that really decreases mission success."

 

Alistair launched his striker and landed on the Ark's hull. His rifle was ready so he got ready to fire at anyone approaching.

 

Garrus launched his Striker and pulled out his Modified Beam Rifle and blasted any MHWs that came into his sight.
