Community Community Meetings: KHV Chorus/Karaoke Night!

Hello everyone, and welcome to our first ever Community Meeting! With these meetings, we will discuss the current state of a community event/activity and see what can be kept, changed, or improved upon. Any and all ideas are encouraged of course (as long as they abide by our rules), and at the end of the meeting, we will have a vote to put in these changes.

This first meeting we will be discussing the KHV Chorus/Karaoke Night. We will be touching upon the following subjects:

• The schedule of Karaoke Night
• The themes/song choices for Karaoke Night
• The state of KHV Chorus, and the want to see more collaboration projects again
• The Achievements System
• Sending in lines/mixing
• Potential other projects KHV Chorus could tackle
• How each Karaoke Night is presented (Youtube/KHV Radio/Discord)
• The Rules of KHV Chorus and Karaoke Night

We will be holding this meeting based on when the majority of those interested can meet. We understand time zones are a problem and we apologize if we cannot accommodate for all time zones. Some of you might have to slug at a late night/early morning time.

Please provide your best schedule for the meeting if you are interested. We expect the meeting to last at least 2 hours. It is quite possible it could take less or more time than that, (especially more). If you have to leave early or come in late, that is fine. But just so it is known, voting will be at the end of the meeting

Please note: The meeting will be primarily held in voice chat on the discord server. However, a chat will be created for those who cannot speak and someone will keep summary of what is going on if you cannot join the voice chat at all.

I can't do today or Tuesday (for me), the rest of the days I can do anytime between 9am and 6pm AEST and would love to attend!

 

My work schedule this week:

Tuesday 11-4 EST
Thursday 4-8 EST
Friday 12-3 EST
Saturday 5-8 EST

And then about an hour before and after each shift, to get ready, eat, and walk to and from work and junk.

Other than that, I have no life and would love to attend. XD

 

Mondays: Classes go from Noon to 5
Tuesday: Classes go from Noon to 2, then I got work from 3 to 5:30
Wednesdays: Classes go from Noon to 5
Thursdays: Classes go from Noon to 2, then I got work from 3 to 5:30
Friday: Classes go from Noon to 5
Saturdays: Generally free all day depending on when I wake up
Sundays: Generally free all day depending on when I wake up

There is the occasional times that I'll be hanging out with my friends, but otherwise that's basically my schedule and I would like to attend.

 

I'm interested in attending the meeting, even if I can't do much to help rn. I'm available like all this week, and after that I'm available evenings after 5pm EST.

 

I'm interested in attending and helping out. I'm free most days after like 2pm EST unless something comes up.

I apologize for such a long wait on a meeting time. This wasn't intended at all, school work got in the way I kind of just had to go with it.

Anyway, this is a current proposed day and time based on the days and times you guys gave me. But if anyone's schedule has changed since the time this was posted and can't make it on the proposed day, let me know and I'll do my best to rearrange the time or the day a little better:

Wednesday, April 19th, 8pm EST (this would be roughly 1am UTC+0 )

I only get my work schedule one week in advance and it's sporadic and has no pattern to it, lol, but I should be able to be there, if not a bit late. XD

Okay, so I will almost certainly be able to attend the meeting. I will probably listen to the voice chat and reply in text, though there's a chance I might be able to participate in voice, idk. If the meeting starts and I'm nowhere to be found, please somebody send me a DM on Discord as that will reach my phone, so that I don't just forget and miss it. XD

I will be making a theme suggestion thread/box soon. But there is a voting here for the distance between community meetings. Responses would be great in terms of the poll. Thank you!
