Chain of Memories Comments on the battle system

it was new and fresh, but yes, it was pretty annoying and difficult

 

The battle system for CoM was awesome in my opinion, for both the CoM GBA version and the Re:CoM for PS2. It gave the players a bigger challenge to get a hold of the character's movements and attacks. I personally thought it was cool since you had the option of choosing your own strategy of how to build sora to best suit yourself. Not to mention flipping through the cards to find the right one also made it all the more intense and exciting. lt was definitely harder than KH and definitely more difficult than KHII. You ACTUALLY had to work your way through this than just hit X and smash.

 

((The battle system was something I didn't forsee their for it made it more. Well yeah! Also CoM was the first Kingdom Hearts game I played, then I played KH 2 and last of all I read all of the mangas to KH1 and plus watched my sister beat it... Uh, did any one know there was one thing you could do in the Gameboy CoM that couldn't be done in Re: CoM for the PS2 from what I figured out... ^^ and that is that in the Gameboy you could do a combo with 2 cards, rather then having to have 3 cards to do a combo... If you wanna know how to do that trick ask me, not like it is a big card. But I found it helps to waste less cards and stuff.))​

 

The card system was very hard for me at first, but as I continued to play, it got easier. But I still like KH1 the best.

 

i liked it
it was really cool especially bein able to summon cloud and stuff
but card breaks kinda sucks when we are the ones getting card broken
