Comic Con 2009: Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days

    For the first time in North America, fans were able to get their hands on a playable demo from Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days, which is set for a release in North America on September 29th 2009. The Comic Con 2009 event takes place from July 23rd (Yesterday)- July 26th (Sunday) in San Diego.

    This playable demo at Comic Con features single player mode in Agrabah and Twilight Town. Multiplayer mode is also included in this demo. During the Comic Con event in San Diego, fans were also near a TV screen which features the Englsih trailer from this year's E3 event. Fans also had the chance to check out a lot of the Square-Enix goods, which includes OST's, Play Arts and etc.

    If you haven't already noticed, there are videos included. You can find one above and another two below, which features the playable demo. All videos posted have been recording and is an exclusive for KHU. Thanks guys.

      Thanks for the update. Man the graphics on the actual DS, and the frame rate makes it look like a freaking PS2 game. I can't wait.

      Sweet. Thanks for the update. I've been wanting to see the NA version game play. These tight graphics and the speed make this probably the best looking DS game out there, and as Solid Snake just said, makes it look like a PS2 game.

      Now I want a DS...meh, I'll have to wait for my uber video card and i'll just emulate it...

      *sigh*



      But my psp'll come in handy for BBS and Dissidia!! =P

      haha the first video with that version of Passion playing seems like an AMV. lol

      and were the people who were talking in the background the voices of the KH characters? I heard Namine, Ansem, and Riku, but I didn't recognize any voice untill theirs.

      Oh, when I watched the second video I remembered. Siax says "Which would you rather suffer the loss of" to Axel before giving away his real name.

      so, yeah... those were all KH voices.


      but who says "Why would I know?!"?


      and, Sephiroth's theme music?! One-Winged-Angel is playing in the last video at the end. ///_o

      Hmm... wait a sec. The Nintendo channel on the Wii updates with info from all video game events every week. It also has DS Downloadable Demos. If this KH demo comes anytime soon, I'll letcha know, Mike.

      This game looks way better than I thought it was.

      fire mage and myself were able to play the Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days at Comic Con and because we were dressed as Demyx and Axel, we got to play the multiplayer mode. Out of the thousands of people there no one didn't, but us. We felt so special. If you don't believe me, I will post a video of this that shows actual proof of myself and fire mage playing the multiplayer mode version. Stay tuned.

      And I beat Demyx's @ss. Man that was a fun game. The hardest part is dealing with those pesky fire plants in the demo when you are in single mode.
