I like it, you used up the extra space quite well. I do think that the orange thin curves seem to just be a little too 'stabby' on the blue, if you know what I mean but it does fit nicely

It's wonderful, but the guy's expression doesn't mix well with the rest of the feel of the sig. Use a different character perhaps or something, just don't use that serious face.

This is the best I have ever seen shinra dude, :D
I think the colors stand out from the background very well, and the character is still there, you can still see him. I think all the colors are gorgeous, but I would have used the green away from the yellow, they kinda blend together. Unless that's what you wanted to do, :D

There's a difference between making a colorful tag and making something that's not at all cohesive. This tag has a little less of the former and a little more of the latter. The stock is being completely obscured by the effects, there's no sort of flow or composition, and the light seems to be nonexistent. The three dimensional stock doesn't match in your two dimensional effects, and the placement of the stock needs serious help.

You need to read basic tutorials on colors, light, and composition.

Just out of morbid curiosity, how are you making your effects?

Well, I don't see Rufus that really bright or colorful but if I first ever met him, I would think he was a good person who liked nice things but quiet.

From the looks of it, she was using brushes.

But yeah, there's no flow, composition, and the stock doesn't really match well with these 2-D effects.

Work using tutorials, like Misty said.

Well with the stock, that's really all I had to work with, I could not find a 2D stock with decent quality.

    and my effects are brushes.

    thanx for the advice~
