Experience for one thing. There are some very good hackers on this website that are not coders. Plus because I am not staff I am not going to answer to many things so I don't give out false information or information that is opinionated. So staff can you explain please so I don't say anything wrong lol. EDIT: Don't take this offensively or anything but if you are good at hacking then please provide some of your work.
First, we aren't really short on coders. If you look HERE you'll see that we actually have more coders than any other type of staff. And keep in mind that they only manage the one board. A heavy maintanence one, but still just that one. Second, you can be a respected coder without the fancy title. There are some people that have reached prem by posting almost exclusively in there.
Only two of them are active. I agree though. If you want a reputation of being a good hacker you don't need to be staff to accomplish that. Hard work and determination is all you need. EDIT: OH THE IRONY I BECAME A CODER LIKE A MONTH LATER :D
