Yuri Lowenthal is one of the only NA voice actors I respect, so kudos for him taking on Suzaku. If he does his voice the same way he did Haseo from G.U., it should be decent. Hmmm, well, I've been pretty pleased with JYB's work so far (only heard as Nero from DMC 4). On the other hand, I am not that certain that he will be able to pull off Lelouch's laugh. OFF-TOPIC: Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't JYB also the VA for Ichigo in Bleach?
