Not bad. I like the effects in the background. Not the best picture, but overall, I think it deserves praise. 8/10.
It looks cool, but that's kind of an odd picture to use. It almost looked like you stretched her face out yourself. Still though, not a bad siggy at all. Nice job with the coloring, it looks awesome =)
