    I love the sketch. But here are a few things to look at for.. >_>

    The Sketch;
    At the top of where her bangs are parted, you should puts some lines in there to show the flow of hair. The Left side of her breast is lower and not equal to her right.

    The Colouring;
    When tracing your sketch you should always get every little detail. Even if it doesn't look right yet you should. I think you could have added alittle more creases to her clothing, and added alittle more body shadowing.

    Other;
    I like the colouing with the lines, but I like her hair with the non-lines. xD

    I hope this helps. D:

    ^ lol, since when were breasts perfectly equal anyway? xD

    I can see you worked long and hard on this, but naturally a few errors were made. The flick of hair on the top of her hair looks extremely 2D and flat like a fold in paper. A good tutorial for hair and bangs is here. Take a look at the Dot & Guide method.

    I prefer the colored version with lines to the one without. The contours of the body and the face have all but disappeared in the version without lines. Perhaps you could find a mid-point? E.g. existing lines are lightened or just some are taken away.

    I really like the skirt, btw. (:

    its good, but like the others said, there are odd things with it

    her curves are very weird, try just making it more... well.. curvy. It seems like you just put two angles together, Because this pretty much makes the rest of your anatomy odd looking.. along with the shoulders.

    Her face is not at all bad, the eyes are just a little uneven.

    For the coloring, the final version is weird and pasty looking, but sadly i can give no ideas for you on how to improve on the coloring for i do not specialize in digital coloring.

    Apart from what i said, the topper body is what you need to work with, the skirt and butchers knife are fine with me.

    Hoho! Very nice. ^^ Distortion effect is a nice touch and I don't think there is much of a problem here. I like it. Good job. *purrs*
