It is the theme song to Cloverfield! Okay, get proof that it is not the theme song. While I have proof that it is the theme song.

Okay sure it is, but I would just like to point out your reasoning makes no sence, so a song has the name of a movie and and is in the movie, that does not atomatically make it the theme song. Besides, it still was never in the movie, I'm just saying that it should have been AT FREAKING LEAST ONCE to be called a proper theme song.

Cloverfield isn't a Godzilla film so that isn't going to happen. And beside it is the theme song to Cloverfield.

No you don't understand me if you said what you did in your last post >_> What I said was for it to be a PROPER theme song it should be played at very very least once, it shold be played twice to ofically call it one, any more just add to that tile. It MAYBE called CF's theme song BUT it was never played in the movie, so it's holding onto that title by a thread. if the director was smart he would have put it in at least once or twice.

It did too play in the movie, the credits count as part of the movie.

The credits don't count at all. To be a proper theme song they MUST play while the movie is playing, the credits don't count as part of the movie because they don't add anything to the plot and storyline, they just tell you small details that normaly you don't even pay much attention to besides who's in it and maybe the music.

*sigh* Okay, tell me then. How would a theme song fit in a film that is COMPLETELY in thrid-person.

It's first person not third, get the prepectives right >_> and I already told you, a radio or tv in a store, appartment, or even in the middle of the street. maybe even elevator music (when they where in the appartment looking for the girl the elevator could be broken and the music maybe still going).

Umm, its still a REALLY stupid idea.

    1. No one would use a doom and gloom sounding song for elevators, stores, or radios.

    2. Only a lonely man who lives in the bowls of Hollywood would say, "Hey! Lets make a doom and gloom sytle song for a first-person giant monster film that will play on the radio in the film for no real reason."

You are so arrogant sometimes, it near makes me laugh. I watch some pretty good idependent movies that used that, they where really well made, better than CF and almost as good ad TLK. The radio thing? it fit in perfectly with them.

Ever hear the station that's like, devoted to emos and their dark music? No. Of course you haven't judging by your reply. There are a ton of songs like that that get played on the radio. Okay so maybe not in a store on in an elevator but on the radio.

edit: I have to go, we can continue this later.

    Uh-huh. *rolls eyes*

    That makes no sense.

Some guy: Hey even though I can die I'm going to a emo store to listen to a doom song as a monster destroys the city.

You could have said its an Opera song and I would hav said, "Okay, I buy that."
