So I was on the web and I found some theories about the parasitesn mainly their venom.

    Theories:

Some think it is a form of the Ebola Virus. They believe it was brought into Africa thousands of years ago possibly by "Clover's" Parent. This would explain why they were wearing chemical suites to protect from the spread of this virus.

Another theory is that the poison causes an extreme buildup of fluid or gases until the body can no longer take it.

There is another possible theory, in the deep ocean (where the parasites originated from) there is high pressure. It can be assumed that in the deep ocean where there is tons of pressure things rarely explode. But now that they are on the surface the effects of the venom are much more dramatic and deadly with less pressure. The light pressure here on the surface of our planet would cause the victim to 'explode' due to the low pressure, unlike how it would underneath the ocean and subject to high pressure.

It is also possible that they some other kind of symbiotic creature associated with the Cloverfield monster, possibly gathering prey in return for protection.

There are some speculations that the creatures do not actually belong to clover but instead uses clover as a mobile food source and leaves clover when it sees more food. And clover is unable to kill them because they are so small.

It is not uncommon for hematophagic parasites currently known to science to inject their hosts with mild anesthetic anticoagulants that numbs the pain and prevents the host's blood from clotting. Given the size and resilience of the monster, it is not surprising to see blood pressure of a human injected with the parasite anticoagulant to rise to such astronomic levels that it simply rips their body from inside out.

When the abdominal wall of a human is compromised, natural internal pressure will actually force the contents of the abdomin outward with near-explosive force. It is possible that the Parasites inject their victims with a form of necrotic venoms that proceeds to break down their prey, targeting the mid-section of the victim first.

.............I still say the people blew her up, I mean, it's just a little to convient that she just happened to explode a few seconds after she was taken in. I'm betting their is more to the story than her blowing up from the parasites, they probably hade a good reason to kill her. Like the bite, if could cause an infection that messed with the victims head, causing them to become hostile before death.

Also about the part of them living deep in the ocean, if that where to be true thie own bodies would explode due to lack of pressure. It's the basics, things living up top would implode if they went down beyond their limits (becoming crushed by the imence pressure of the water) And thinks living in the deep can't live without that pressure their bodies are made for.

Umm, how could they? And they yelled, "Its a bite!" So maybe they didn't want blood and guts to get on everyone?

I said they were theories. Plus I didn't see the military use anything to make people explode, there is no machine like that.

Both please read my edited part

The camera was shaking and people where in the way, how do you know they didn't have something that could make her explode with them? and burnitup, there is a giant monster attacking the city, ther isn't anything like that, what makes something that makes people explode such a hard thing to belive?

Tough one....maybe they didn't want to scare te rest of the people, if they heard gunshots inside that would be bad, the people would think they where shooting people out of the blue. For the explosives, that can be told a different way.

Those are instant explosions, though. If they stuck a grenade, or any other explosive, in her it would have been louder, and she wouldn't have expanded like she did. Instead, we got a ballooning effect, and a nasty "splat" type noise. And it's so not safe to stand a foot away from any explosion.

I'm putting my money on the Venom causing a buildup of gases and such, or the Neurotic Poison. I have a very limited understanding of these things, though. Heck, all my knowledge of explosives comes from the Discovery Channel.

And I totally just kinda butted in on your conversation. Sorry 'bout that.
