Clone wars (tv series)

yes, i was channel serfing and i saw a commercial of it. it's been announced that star wars is coming out with a new tv series; telling the story between clones and sith. it will come out in early october (the third i think) and takes place after the movie (haven't seen yet). the bad thing is that it's coming out on "Cartoon Network", so i'll probably watch it on youtube the day after.

 

Another Clone Wars series? Christ their milking it I even remember the first series.

 

yeah, but they did it really fast, not putting a lot of effort. now they're 30 min. shows with that new girl (her name escapes me at the moment).

Granted i was a fan of the original cartoon anime style, but the movie sucked so bad I was sad to have not waited to see it at the dollars.

Instead of watching the tv series, I will wait for the live action series due out sometime, and await destroying AT-ST chicken walkers in Force Unleashed.

I thought this was on the live action one...which I want to see a lot more. I really liked Samurai Jack but honestly...I hated his artwork on cartoon series and the movie out now is a 3d of it, which kind of irritates me that if I watch it I will have to suffer through the awful graphics of the main characters even as the other things look fine.

I wish George Lucas would just do the live television series he was supposed to and kill the cartoons already. The Clone Wars cartoon series was good except for the very bad artwork. But I've been anticipating the live show with the green Twilek for some time. bah.

 

God, I thought they would only make one Clone Wars series.

 

He could have made more money if he used real actors and did the CGI stuff again. I would have watched that.

Actually, the new one and the first series that was originally made look like they've been done by the same person; they both look like Gendy Tartakosky's style, the guy who did Samurai Jack, Dexter's Laboratory, and several others.
