Clash Over Blood

Rubie stopped walking, but didn't look at him. "And why is that?" she asked.

 

"Well since you are temporarily human, if you remove the device you will get hurt...." Hanzou said.

 

"And if I don't remove it?" Rubie asked again.

 

"Then you should be fine until you regain your powers." Hanzou said. "Then you can remove it.."

 

"That's rather idiotic..." Rubie chuckled. Her raven crowed and flew to a tree branch...

Rubie grabbed a nearby pole (they're in a town) and rapidly swung it at Hanzou, delivering a blow...

 

Hanzou caught the pole between two fingers. "Ha! You were expecting to hit me but you did not hit me for I have caught the object that you intended to hit me with." he said.

 

Rubie rolled her eyes and pulled the pole free, swinging at Hanzou's legs, attempting to trip him...

 

Hanzou jumped over the pole. "Ha! You were expecting to hit me but you did not hit me for I have jumped over the object that you intended to hit me with." he said.

 

Rubie scowled, "I can't take you seriously if you talk like that..." she said, turning her back to him and starting to walk off.

 

"Advantage: Me!" Hanzou said.

 

"Not listening!" Rubie called back, still walking.

 

Hanzou threw a dagger at Rubie.......

 

Rubie slid to the side and avoided it...

 

The dagger was in accuality a dagger shaped version of the disk. It was seeking the red light on rubie's neck.

OOC: Nifty....

 

Rubie ran to the nearby forest at an incredible speed, jumping up into the shadows of the trees. Now let's see those disks get her through the mazes of sharp branches and leaves...

OOC: Quite...

BIC: Rubie still moved incredibly fast, avoiding the disks...

 

Xarden had finished the murderer AND a bear. "Maybe I should go find that girl I helped. She may need more help later. That enemy vampire group seemed pretty organized." He let his wings come out and he flew to where he thought she had gone.

 

The disks continued to follow Rubie.

OOC: Not to mention that they also work as an oven.

BIC: Rubie did the same thing she did last time. Running straight for a tree and moving to the side just before she hit it, resulting in the disks colliding with the tree.

She jumped down in front of Hanzou, "How long does your chip's effect last again?" she asked, smirking.
