Clash of the races'

He grinned"Breakfasts down stairs if you want it."he said turning to leave

 

Hermia nodded slightly, not looking up from her downwards glance of shame.

 

"I hate him sometimes....."River muttered when his father was safely out of ear shot "Really hate."

 

"I get what you mean..." She mumbled quietly, her cheeks burning her they were blushing so badly.

 

"Im gonna get changed then head down...dont want him coming back..."

 

"Okay..." Hermia nodded slightly. "I'll wait here for you to get sorted and stuff then get dressed myself..."

 

" 'Kay "he said kneeling down to pull a trackie out of a drawer,he shrugged and headed to the bathroom again

 

She yawned quietly and lay down on the bed again, fighting the urge to just go back to sleep for another few hours.

 

He splashed water on his face to wake him up a bit more before shoving his clothes on and heading back to his room

 

Hermia had nearly fallen asleep on the bed once again, she was hugging the duvet close to her and had a sleepy smile on her face.

 

He grinned "I'll leave ya alone to sleep somemore....sorry If I kept kicking you during the night by the way...I'll wake you up when my grandma's here."

 

"You're a very fidgety sleeper." She mumbled with an almost amused tone. "And okay..."

 

He laughed and closed the door behind him,heading down stairs

 

"Hey, look." Ocean said as she looked over at him from her comfy seat on the sofa. "The man**** has awoken." She laughed.

 

"Dad! quick theres this thing on the sofa! get Elena away from it!"


River..."

 

"Oh har-dee-fricking-har." Ocean snarled sarcastically at her little brother. "I was planning on waking you up with a cold blast of water again today, but Mum stopped me. I wish I'd done it anyway now."

 

"You'd have been sorry if you did"he snarled back"Next time Im up before you...lock your door,cos Im shaving your eyebrows of using a permenant pen on you."

 

"Honestly River, you're so petty." Ocean snorted at him. "At least when I do it it has a certain amount of irony and humour." She sneered.

 

"Whatever."he rolled his eyes

 

"Does anyone else not find the throwing of water over horny dogs amusing?" She sneered, earning the tiniest of snickers from her mother.

"Ocean, it's not nice to call werewolves dogs you know." Lake said quickly, trying to cover up her giggle.
