You should check out the Left Behind Series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins. It's a series that starts directly at the rapture. Basically, it chronicles the events of the Book of Revalations in real world scenarios. I'm on the third book "Nicolae" right now and I enjoy the series. This story has the best Anti-Chirst I've seen in any kind of Revalations-based story.

If you're young, they created a series for pre-teens. Left Behind: The Kids.

I read a lot of Ted Dekker books. I like Black, Red, White and Green by him (It's a series). It reminds me of Narnia, but 10x better and more action packed. Another good one by him is Kiss.

And as a few other people have said, the Left Behind series is really good. =)

"She Said Yes" is also a good read. It's short but, but the message is clear. It tells the struggle of one of the girls who was killed in the Colombine massacre ten years ago. Before she went to that school, she had her own issues (drugs, suicidal thoughts, wanting to kill parents). Her parents came to speak at my church last week and there wasn't a dry eye in the room.
