~Choices~ OOC Thread

Ooh hard questions. I'd just planned it to be a fairly small town somewhere, no where in particular. I'd of probably imagined it in Britain since I'm british but that doesn't really matter. It seemed insignificant since they wouldn't be spending much time there, just until they went through the door. Also if it was ambiguous it gave you more freedom with OCs. Now, I'm going to have to think of a place name. Hmmm.

 

You could just make up a name, it doesn't have be a real city.

 

Metropolis! Smallville! Gotham City! Bludhaven! Star City! Central City! Keystone City!
...yeah, those are all comic book cities, but still.

 

lol, I'd like to apologize for the behavior of my character Kayta. She gets better as she gets to know everyone better. I really do dislike playing such a character, I'm not entirely sure what possesed me to create her. Perhaps 'tis the same thing that possesed me to write in such a stuffy manner. ;D

 

I don't get it, I didn't see much too wrong with Kayta's behavior. :P

 

Well, she's kinda being a jerk to everybody, that's all. I figure, she's been on her own for a year now, she doesn't have parents to tell her "Kayta, that's rude! Apologize to that guy!" But I still find it kind of unpleasent to even rp like that. If anyone doesn't think her behavior's that bad, well then, I guess I have nothing to worry about. :)

I think Zach is kind of weird, sometimes happy, sometimes sad, I have to even him out once we get started.

 

I don't mind it, it brings more depth to the character and leaves room for her to change and develop. It makes things more interesting.

I'll be starting it in a minute. As they go through the door at first it will be anything goes within reason to paint a picture of the world, but please pay attention to everyone elses posts and don't contradict eachother.

Also I will be splitting everyone up pretty soon into 2 seperate groups.

 

Ooh, I'm all excited now! If this rp goes well, somebody should take the characters and the plot and write a story about it. So far, it all seems like pretty good material to work with.

And I think Zach's pretty funny. btw, why did he want to do the tango?

 

I wish I had seen this rp before. Damn its really cool xD. Would it be to late to join?

 

I just threw that in there, because at that moment I kind of felt like running out in the rain and doing the tango in a giant puddle (Which I tried to do minutes later, so much fun,) so I randomly typed it in.
Also I would love to write a story about it, I must agree this is a very interesting RP ahead of us.

Almost, for a volunteer if you post today and your first post on the thread today (basically your chara sprinting to the place and going through the door before the last person does) you can. However if you're not quick enough or you just want to you can still be in it, just not as a volunteer. I'm looking for special roles, if you're interested in one of them pm me.

Okay, I want everyone's opinion. I'm considering splitting up the group now. Good idea or not? Too soon?

 

Nope, I just threw random things from my uneventful day, one of them including trying to skip down my stairs (Not the greatest idea, by the way.)
By the way I'm seriously loving this RP. I think the group should get split up in a little bit, and will they ever meet again afterwards? Also is there a limit to how many characters you can have?

 

I think they should stay together for a bit but then split up, I like that idea.

 

I'm ok with it and if AF doesn't mind I'd like to stick with Zach.

 

Lol, I can skip down stairs. Up stairs, too. And I think that we should stay together for a little while before we seperate. It makes the parting a bit more dramatic if they've made friends with eachother. Even moreso if one group doesn't suceed and return.

 

Ah, okay, sta together and maybe split up later it is ^^

And about a character limit, you can't have any more volunteers but I am looking for people to have special roles. There will be plenty of tempory roles up for grabs. You can have several temp charras but not all at once but I'd prfer you not too have too many permenant roles. Though I may break that rule for plot purposes.
