Eva nodded, tilting her head to the side.

 

Neoph reached his lab and opened a locked door. once he was inside he grabbed a box and walked out. he unlocked the box inside was half a charm with a picture of Phenox's keyblade on it.

 

Eva looked at it, wide eyed. She slowly stepped toward it. "How did you..."

 

i have spent long nights trying to make this..... Neoph said

 

"Neoph....why does he hate you so much? What did you do to him?" she asked, watching Neoph. "Is this why?"

 

Neoph began to tell his story. awhile ago.... me and Phenox were friends...... we worked on scientific projects together...... the charms were 1 of those projects....... he said

 

Eva leaned against a wall, listening.

 

we began by creating charms to summon the organization. we succeeded. i told Phenox we should lock them away, that their power was to great. he responded by saying i was a weak spineless fool. that night. i began creating this charm. Phenox found out. we argued with each other. that night Phenox left and took the organization charms with him. Neoph said finishing the story.

 

Eva looked down, thinking. "What can this charm do?"

 

once i complete this ..... i can summon a Phenox copy to aid me in battle. Neoph said

 

Eva closed her eyes. More battle...then she looked over at Neoph. "What if you can't tell the copy from the real one?"

 

that is why i changed the hair color on the copy. Neoph said

 

Eva couldn't help but smile. "I didn't know you were so into that.." she murmured.

 

i didn't want anyone to know.... Neoph replied

 

Eva smiled, then put her finger to her lips. "Your secrets safe with me." She looked around the room, her eyes unreadable.

BIC: Eva stopped, then closed her eyes, putting a hand to her head. Just exhaustion. she told herself before she hit the ground.

 

Eva! Neoph cried in panic he tried to pick her up but cringed. i'm still to injured. he thought

 

Scarlet-ice turned and said one word - "Thanks" She leapt off the cliff in pursuit of Eva.

Scarlet-ice appeared in front of Eva and Neoph. Looking at them both, she smirked.
*This is gonna make my job easier* she said harshly, using teleknisis to both of them. Kicking Neoph out of the way, Scarlet-ice picked up Eva and injected some acid green liquid into her leg. As soon as she'd taked the needle out, Eva's veins in her leg started to turn green as the liguid slowly travelled up her vein, to her brain. Scarlet-ice put Eva down just as Neoph looked up.
*Dranquillis Mormatus* She said as she walked over to Neoph. Kneeling down, Scarlet-ice grabbed Neoph's chin and thurst it up so he could look into her eyes.
*You should act fast. That stuff will slowly travel up her veins to her brain. When it gets there.....* She looked over at Eva. Her leg had the green liquid in all of its veins, slowly going upward. *..... Well, you'll find out.*
Scarlet-ice stood up and took the Charm from Neoph's desk. *Little project your'e working on. I'll take it and everything to do with it!* She pocketed the charm and its blueprints. She looked everything on the desk. *Trash. And trash should be burned!* As Scarlet-ice finished, she used her keyblade to set fire to Neoph's work.
*I'm not too good with fire. Bye then!* Scarlet-ice warped away.

 

Neoph quickly used blizzard magic to put the fire out. he ran over to Eva. he took a siringe out of his pocket and drew some of the substance out of her leg. Neoph ran into his lab and made an antidote. he inserted it into Eva's leg. if you can hear me, don't move. Neoph said her veins were growing less and less visible until the substance had disipated. he took Eva to his bed and laid her down. he took the real charm out of his pocket. better luck next time. Neoph said.
