"A lot of people say that." Railee said looking over at the 2 graves, "Who are they?"

 

"One's my Mom and Dad's. They were buried together." Scarlet pointed at one. "The other...." She sighed. "I can never forgive him. But I trust him. Micro-Ice you damned basstard."

 

Railee was quiet for a second before she spoke, "So the other's your someone? ...that's just a guess.."

 

"Yeah. Micro-Ice, Scarlet-Ice, makes sence." Scarlet grinned. "Well, before you were born, I also had two Heartless named Oran and Topaz. They disappeared, pressumed dead but in reality, they went back into Micro. Then there was a revolt. Everyone's Somebody went weird and suddenly attacked us. Micro died during that, taking Oran with him but freeing Topaz."

 

"So is Topaz still alive?" Railee asked curiosly.

 

"Probably. I just don't know." Scarlet shrugged.

 

"It may be for the best, it may now be huh?" Railee said as her eyes glowed slightly for a second then went back to their normal color.

 

"Yeah." Scarlet looked at Railee. "All my life's just been one big rollercoaster, only with 8 more loop-de-loops then usual."

 

"At least you can remember half your life.. half of my life is a long stretch of blur." Railee replied looking down at a grave next to her.

 

"I've been promoted to second-in-command, discovered my Somebody, learned to trust people, have that trust broken, brain-washed, lied, cheated..... You'll be lucky if your life is normal. That's really what all of us want most." Scarlet looked at her. "Chika and Shito want to be normal. Eriol wants a normal life with his family. Li wants to have his real body back, be normal like that."

 

Railee tilted her head slightly trying to soak in the sentence, "....yeah that sounds about right..." she said starting to loose her focus to the conversation, Damn it! not again, why don't I have to have the whole switch mental capacity thing...

 

"Yep. Maybe we'll all gain normality someday." Scarlet smiled.

 

Railee nodded and smiled back, "We all hope."

 

Scarlet crossed her arms. "I can guarantee that won't happen in my lifetime."

 

"You can't be too sure can you?" Railee asked putting her hands behind back as she looked back over at the grave she tripped over just a few minutes ago.

 

"With what's happening every 10 odd years, I'm sure it won't happen in my life time. Mind, I do have around 107 years left before I kick the bucket." Scarlet laughed.

 

Railee chuckled, "At least you can tell... me being 1/4 human, 1/4 heartless, 1/4 nobody, and 1/4 an Eperiment of some sort I'm not sure If I'm even going to make it to 50."

 

"Hmmmm...." Scarlet started to think. "...... 25..... 62.5..... 50..... Around 137 years old. But depending on the Experiment part of you, it could be shorter or longer." She looked at her.

 

"I don't know ask your brother what kind of experiment he is.." Railee said looking away from her.

 

"I don't think he knows either." Scarlet shrugged.
