Eriol stood up too, looking at her. "You had a sleeping problem?"

 

Juxta nodded, "I had to take medicine to fall asleep, and my mom had to give me medicine to wake me up.."

 

"Owch..." Eriol frowned. "And I thought I had problems with sleep. I would fall asleep but wake up everytime a Heartless moved slightly. That would end up with me having no sleep until Dad threaten to kill them all if they DARED move an INCH while I was sleeping." He smiled, remembering.

 

"He should have just had them leave for a good 8 hours.." She said putting her hands in her pockets.

 

"No, that wouldn't work." Eriol said, crossing his arms. "Heartless flock to my castle for shelter and safety. Plus, our castle survives on the darkness they make too. It'll be like taking a battery out of something."

 

Juxta sighed, "You would last one day here, everything here echoes, and everyone here is either watching T.V, training, screaming at each other, or having 'alone time'." she said shuddering.

 

"Yeah. Thats what I like about this place, its quiet because all teh lesser Nobodies stay in the city with the Heartless too." Eriol looked around, smiling. "In my castle, you can constantly hear a moving around. You can't really HEAR it but you know its there." He looked back at Juxta. "The Heartless are actually timid. They stay in the shadows all teh time unless either me, mom or dad summons them out."

 

"Not all of them leave.. some of them just walk around the hallways we want guarded, and some of them are just, around. And they are more free than us, I mean, today was the last time I left this castle in 6 months.. Kaylex goes to school, so does Keylx, Vaxan and Rexona haven't been out for a year, My mom and Dad go out constantly, Mixya hasn't left in 8 years.. but none of them beat a Child who was in his room for 10 years I mean, what the heck were you doing for 10 years?"

 

"In bed." Eriol said, sighing. "The 1st year was when my hair went white because of decolouration. I was too sick then to even care about going out. The 2nd, I could sit up and act pretty normally but still ill. The 3rd, I could walk slightly without help and get to the loo myself and go around my room. Its pretty big though. The 4th and 5th, I spent most of my time in the library, reading instead of in bed reading. Then for the next 5 years, it was on and off like that. Somedays, I woudn't wake up. Others, I could walk fine whereas the next day I would be immobile." He shurgged. "I'm happy to be out and about, acting fine."

"Well it's good that you've gotten better." Juxta held her head then laughed slightly, "Gee.. now I realize how much life changed after I got brainwashed for a week."

 

Eriol nodded then looked at Juxta. "I was wary of you when we where in the cavern." He said. "Because I thought you would attack."

 

"I was 7 years old with a teddy bear, how much damage could I- oh right.. Me making mom kill my aunt.."

 

Eriol nodded. "Yeah." He smiled. "I still can't believe I said those things to my Dad. When he dis-owned me, I told him 'Right, now tell me something I CARE about'." He laughed. "And I cried so hard when I got out of that."

 

Juxta's face was straight, "I told my mom and dad that I never loved them.." she said gritting her teeth, "And I still haven't gotten out of that.."

 

Eriol put an arm around her. "Hey, we all said bad things to eachother. I hated you before you were brainwashed. I hated everyone and I told my parents I never did love them." He sighed. "When I was a baby, I loved Eon more then them because I sensed he was closer to me."

 

Juxta sighed, "I still hate broccoli.."

 

"Me too." Eriol grinned.

 

Juxta blinked at him, "You hate broccoli too?"

 

"Yeah, can't stand the stupid green trees. I'll never force my children to eat them..." Eriol shuddered.

 

Juxta started laughing.
