Legault sat in his chair quietly having finally calmed down from the little scuffle he had earlier. He looked down and sighed as he wrote down what he was assigned to do. "how dull" Legault muttered as he continued to write but suddenly stopped the moment the scream reached the classroom. The moment he heard the scream Legault dropped his pencil and looked down at his hand which were shaking in excitement. Jumped up to his feet and off his chair Legault immediately ran out of the classroom without even handing in his paper and ignoring whatever the teacher would say.

Legault rushed through the hallways and forced his way threw the students who tried to get a view of what was going on. Upon reaching the scene Legault's eyes widened upon seeing the girl and her blood. Closing his eyes Legault suddenly began to chuckle at the scene. Eventually the chuckle grew louder and Legault began to laugh his head off. "A students has died and now somebody must die for their crime" Legault yelled in pleasure as placed his palm over his face and laughed even louder

 

Surprise was far from what Vanessa felt at this moment. She was not even shocked. After all, she was used to just how bloodthirsty and merciless assassins were. And to think... Everyone used to feel safe here. I wonder just what kind of chaos this will bring no that none of us have any sort of sanctuary now.

She leaned against the wall and stared down at the body and then looked to Holden. She wouldn't be surprised if he would have done this deed, but judging by his actions it did not seem that way. Now she was curious who had done such a thing... They have to be either really stupid, or really strong to of had the guts to do this not only in school, but in the day time while everyone else was here. The more she thought about it... The more scared she started to become. Yet she was also slightly excited...

Finally... A reason to start killing off everyone whom I hate here. As she looked around the crowd she had to fight back a smile and to stop her hands from shaking, only doing so by biting down as hard as possible and holding tightly to the her sleeves of her jacket.

 

Lucas handed in his messy paper, earning an odd look from the teacher. He grabbed his things and stepped into the hall. At that moment, he heard the scream. He ran as fast as his tiny legs could take him, finding a small crowd had beat him there. He suspiciously looked around at everyone. Most of them didn't seem to have enough time to possibly do this. His eyes fell on Allen and Holden, seeing as they were the only ones who had enough time to do anything. He kept his thoughts to himself, though, not ruling out the possibility that it was someone who was not there. "Any ideas on how this happened?" He adressed everyone for the first time.

Eira's eyes snapped open a fraction of a second after a female scream of terror filled her ears. Damn it. The same two words coursed through her mind as she shot out of her seat, grabbed her bag, and slammed the completed assignment on the teacher's desk. She nearly slid out the classroom door and jogged down the hall toward a door, outside which a small crowd had gathered. Always when I'm goddamn sleeping, she thought bitterly. She didn't need to see; she knew by the scream and everyone's reactions that someone had been killed. She just didn't know why. And she intended to find out.

Just as she reached the group of students, Holden had burst out of the mob so quickly that she was barely able to dodge around him. She turned around slowly in his direction. She walked up to the window beside the one which he was looking out. She didn't say anything. She intended to follow him. But for some reason, sneakiness seemed redundant now.

 

Rhea looked around the group of students, soon spotting Holden looking up at the ceiling. Slightly confused, she leaned her head back, eyes growing wide as she took a step back. "What the..." As much as she was an assassin and seen blood countless times, she couldn't help but find the scene disturbing. "Ugh," she groaned lowly, lowering her head to look around the crowd once more. These people need to disperse. Her eyes narrowed as she eyed every student and teacher she could see, already wanting to get rid of the person that had killed the girl.

Turning towards the direction she had come from, she slowly began walking through the crowd, wanting to walk around to see if there was any suspicious anywhere in the school. Before she could head in her own direction, she noticed a girl following after Holden, slightly curious as to where either of them were going. Might as well see out of curiosity. Quickening her pace so she wouldn't lose the two, Rhea looked behind to see if anyone else was following. Seeing no one she looked ahead of her, but soon heard glass breaking. Slightly alarmed she rushed forward, but came to a halt when she noticed it was Holden who had broken the glass. What the hell is he thinking?!

 

Vanessa looked up when Holden did and saw the message in blood. The purge... It was something quite infamous. And something she wasn't looking forward too. But was this for real, when one had happened just the year before? It would be wise to leave the school until it is over... But where could I go...? She sighed a defeated sigh and headed towards her locker to remove whatever she had in there still.

Obviously classes would be the last thing anyone had on their mind and she wasn't about to leave behind any of her belongings. Maybe she could skip... But to be deemed a coward? And besides, finding herself alone at any given moment... Even now, when a kill had just been made, was a dangerous time. Thinking this made her return to the others, hoping not to be a target.

They will probably go for the lower ranks and weaker ones first...right? If so... Hopefully by the time they reach me they'd be done. But just in case... I will be ready. While at her locker she removed a pen from her messenger bag. It wasn't a knife but she could still stab someone with it. Maybe even in the eye. That alone allowed her enough time to fight back. I won't be caught defenseless ever again. Ever.

 

Legault continued to laugh like a maniac at the bloody scene that was before him. Despite the teacher's attempts Legault would pull away from the teacher's grasp and continue his insane laughter. It was hard for him to actually keep in control at the scene. With the ban against carrying weapon the school had become boring place to him. With the scene of blood in front of him Legault felt the most excitement he had felt in a very long time. While most of the other students felt fear Legault found excitement from the scene before him.

As Legault continued to laugh he quiet down when he noticed Holden looking up at the ceiling. Before he could react he noticed Holden run past him and the other student. With a wide grin on his face Legault watched as Holden ran away only for some girls to follow as well. "this will be fun" Legault said as he ran forward and decided to follow. He knew that there was a high chance that he might die but it was that very same fact that fueled his excitement

 

OOC: Kay, guys. So I have some good news and some bad news.
The good news is I'm not going to be here for a few days, so I won't be able to post.
If that's the good news, what's the bad news, you ask?
I have not yet told you why I'm not going to be here.
I'm going to be at my cottage eating Easter chocolate and not doing homework.

Griffin stood silent, observing the scene of the murder and he started to notice that blood had been dripping onto the floor from above. Looking up, he saw that the words "The purge is coming" were written on the ceiling in blood, most likely belonging to the girl who had just been killled. The purge? Now I'm convinced that whoever did this is an idiot.

While the teachers were trying to pull the students away from the crime scene, Griffin, disgusted by what had happened, left the classroom quietly, hearing the sound of glass breaking as he walked back into the hallway towards his locker. Looks like Holden can express emotions.

As he put in the combination to his locker, he wondered to himself who the culprit could have been. Let's see, the murder was most definitely done with a knife. Being a person whose weapon of choice is a knife, this was easy to deduce for Griffin. But one thing that confuses me is how fast all of this happened. Killing a person, writing a message on top of the ceiling and then escaping the scene in a short span of time shouldn't be possible. Chances are that he wrote the message first then went for the kill, leaving the scene afterwards. But how was he able to do that without anybody noticing? Opening his locker to place his books, Griffin remembered that he was still holding onto Holden's book. I better return this.

Vanessa looked over towards the one who was laughing with a look of distain. It was people like that, who got thrilled at the sight of blood, who she almost hated the most. I bet he'd wouldn't care for killing parents in front of their daughter, either. She wished to leave the area before she did anything rash, but to be alone at a time like this, unarmed... It was stupidity. Besides, she was curious as to what the teachers had to say so instead she returned to her classroom, sitting down in the chair closest to the door with the strap to her messenger bag still on her shoulder.

 

Rhea groaned lowly, listening to Legault's laugh. She looked around, seeing some of the students already heading back to their classes. As much as she wanted to stick around and see what'll happen, she couldn't bring herself to just leave. Plus, she wasn't sure who'd end up being next. And I was expecting this day to be another normal day. Sighing lowly, Rhea closed her eyes momentarily, hearing teachers telling the remaining students to head back to their classrooms. She opened her eyes and raised a hand to rub the back of her neck, turning her head to look at the girl before looking up at the little message Vincent had left. How did he even get up there? Rhea cocked her head and perked an eyebrow before shaking her head lightly and turning away from the scene. "Hope he gets what's coming to him very soon."

 

Vanessa sighed when the bell rung. She had just gotten in the classroom... Well... I guess I can just try and figure out what is going on. Seven seems to be acting like he knows something... She thought the last bit when she exited into the hallway and saw him a little ways down. But could she just walk right up to him and ask 'Hey, friends with the killer?' No. Not here anyway. She had decided to wait until later, until they were in a place with less people. Until then... Well, following him was a choice, but not the best one. Being ranked seven and all, he'd have to notice me at some point. Not worth it. Guess I can try something else...

BIC: Eira lingered by the scene where the girl had been killed as the crowd began to disperse. She could smell the outside air drifting in through the broken window. She couldn't help feel that even though the school was full of assassins, their lives were all going to be in even more danger than before -- like it was during the first "purge". The slight breeze from the window made her shiver uneasily. The bell rang, making her flinch a little and break out of her train of thought. The idea of class had nearly escaped from her mind. She debated on returning to her locker, but for some reason couldn't bring herself to move.

ooc - Um, well. Everyone was working in class or had just finished and so they were in the halls when they then heard a scream. Holden was first on the scene. It was a female student whose throat was slashed. Only Holden knows that it was Two. "The purge is coming" was written on the ceiling in the victim's blood. And the bell had just rung. I think that is it...

Lucas realized there was nothing more he could do here. He walked off as the bell rang. "So much excitement, and it's only day one." He clicked his tongue while shaking his head. At the moment, he didn't care that he could probably be heard by everyone around.

He didn't go far. He climbed on top of some lockers((that's assuming they aren't set in the walls)) to watch what would happen now. "Now, let the games begin." He chuckled darkly as he watched everyone.

 

After hearing the bell, Allen turned alway from the dead body and left. There was no point of still being there seeing as it was too late to do anything. The Purge is comming. Those words ran though his mind as he left the school. I don't now what who ever did this wants, but what I do know is a fight comming.
