Ok, moving back a few pages to the colour scheme. Black and white are great, but I think the white makes it seem a bit flat. I'd go with darker blues, purples and greens. Even deep red. Actually, deep red is great because it kind of looks like dried blood. I don't know what your Reaper character is dressed in, but I'd go with black coat/cloak with red embroidery/trim and maybe silver accessories.

 

I mean I just don't appreciate being contradicted and unduly criticized when I'm trying to help

Tall, made of stone, lots of stairs, and a surprisingly nice view from the top.

 

Ok, now describe the view. Mountains? Desert? Ocean? Forest? City? What kind of people live here? How do they go about their lives? Creatures? Dragons? Flora? Fauna? Is there magic? How does the magic operate?

 

There's a forest surrounding it. There might also be a view of a lake that's in the forest that is visible from the top of the tower. And a manticore lives at the top. I have a weird fascination with manticores lately.
