The only major problem is depth and flow, really. I think the effects are an interesting idea, but could use MUCH more diversion in terms of how far away they are from eachother. The thing about 2D and anime stocks and objects is you can't rely on dimensional depth. Instead you should rely on blurring and sharpening. Put more "solid" and "defined" objects in there for that, I guess. Text also applies in this case, because I can imagine a sexy text with that stock. ;D Good job, though. As I said, it needs more defined effects and depth. :3
