Kingdom Hearts II Cavern of Remembrance?

What purpose did the Cvern of Remembrence serve? What is the Garden
of Assemblage? Why couldn't it have been mentioned in kh2?

 

First of all, wrong section.

Second of all:
The Cavern of Remeberance in my opinion is simply there for players. I mean, I don't know about anyone else, but I get really tired of having to save 13 files for every member of the Organization just to fight them when I want, so it was probably put there to convinience players who wanted to fight the Organization multiple times.

 

i geuess the cave of remberence is where all the best battles are. i guess square enix wanted you to earn the battles, so you had to be smart.

 

I thought it was an ansem data thing, like in data twilight town.
because the garden of assembladge is in hollow bastion....

 

Errrr... where is this Cavern of Remeberance?

 

Only in KH II Final mix+. And it was only released in Japan.

 

Like MadiYasha said, it's possibly there for the convinience of the players. If any plot point was meant to go into it, maybe Xemnas had it for the data of the Organization members.

 

Really it's just an easter egg for your enjoyment if you should be zealous enough.

I saw it as just an extra, an additional feature for players to have.​

 

You don't have to have 13 save files... you can refight the Org members as many times as you want after you beat them.

i.e. You only need ONE save file to fight any of the Org Data fights, and Enigmatic Soldier (Terra). The only other save you'll need is for Sephiroth or any other non-repeatable boss battle like the Silhouette fights.

Go delete your other 12 saves.

 

:/ I think she meant if there wasn't the data fights and you needed to save thoughout the game before each fight. Like for the people playing KH2 not the FM version, they would have to save before each fight.
