Caps lock works backwards every once in a while

    Okay I don't know why but sometimes my caps lock makes everything lower case. It usually lasts for a few seconds. I'm on windows 7 and a laptop.
    Anyone know why? I recently cleaned my keyboard.

    It's a bug, happens to me too sometimes.
    Hold both shift buttons at the same time and it will get fixed.

    I have the same thing happen to me too, however, your fix doesn't work for me. It corrects itself a little while later.

    Its an annoyance but I can deal with it, I'm glad I'm not the only one though.

    You could
    1)press the shift keys together a few times.
    2)System Prefs>Universal Access>Keyboard and turn the sticky **** off.
