Help Can't Sign Up To User Portal

So yeah, tried to sign up to the User Portal (this would be my second time seeing as my first account doesn't seem to exist anymore) and I get this pretty little error every time.

(I gotta ask, why does that say c:? Isn't that the Interal harddrive of the server? Shouldn't it be http:? Eh, it's a windows server, bound to have screw ups)

Just keep trying.

And if you still can't, wait for tomorrow or the next day.

Then try again.

Yeah, same error today as there was yesterday.

 

Try doing this...

1. Go to http://www.vidiac.com/
2. Register a username there
3. Use that username as your login on the KHV User Portal

If the site is down, our portal would most likely be as well since they power us.

 

oh ok. i used to be able to log in on the user portal. now it says invalid username or password. i never changed either of them.

I could make this portal better than they could I bet.

"Service Unavailable" Nice way of saying 404 I bet.

When trying to sign up directly and same transport error when signing up here on our portal.
This is what happens when they think it wise to use a server with Microsoft.
