Support Cannot get rid of CouponDropDown

I have this annoying program called Coupon Drop Down. It's the most annoying ****ing thing ever. I followed every instruction out there, but it's still on my computer. Especially on YouTube. I could use some help.

If you don't know what it does, it basically underlines some words on a website you're currently on ad if you hover your mouse over it, it brings up a large and annoying screen with an advertisement on it. To make matters worse, it places ads on Youtube which even Adblock doesn't even work on it.

Check your extensions and see if there is anything there that could be causing this. Sometimes when you install things on your computer they will also install things in your browser without telling you. One time I installed something and when I went to my browser there was some music download thing added. I went to my extensions and deleted it and that was the end of it.
If that doesn't work try adblock on Chrome. It's amazing.

 

Hmm I don't see anything that would case the CoupnDropDown in my extensions.

Adblock does not seem to work on it
