Video can u edit with window movie maker

can i split the sceen in half half like 2 videos in one or edit the video so i can fly or fake blood with windows movie maker

 

Windows Movie Maker is a very basic tool, and if you'd want to do the things you're describing you would probably have to edit it frame by frame if you were doing it in Movie Maker. I'd suggest getting a more advanced program for these sorts of projects, like Sony Vegas or Pinnacle Studio.

Windows Movie Maker is like preset effects and stuff. Like Misty said, you'd have to edit it frame by frame if you would be doing it on Movie Maker.

Another suggestion is Adobe Premiere Pro, even though that's kinda hard to do at first.

 

I know there are custom effects for WMM you can download... I think his name is Blaine or something who has them. Just google something like "windows movie maker custom effects".
