Digital Art can sombody rate this

Hey can sombody rate this on a 1-10 scale and tell me something i could do to make it better

3/10 sry but dude but u barely did anything just turned it green and put words on it sry to sound harsh maybe u shouldve added a border one one line on the top then bottom then added some FG effects to make it look like u didnt just scale down
make it look more like just a stock

 

4/10 He looks like an alien, and the only reason you got a okay rating is because I'm playing favorites, lose the text.

If I were to make a suggestion, I would add more light to your sig and arrange the words in different place you think they would look more organized.

The sig also seems to be a bit blurry, try sharpening it.

 

well most of those things i can't do like adding FG effects but here is v2 and i will try to lose all of the text but i think just a little text won't hurt but i didn't add any but i am using microsoft digital image suite 2006

... Microsoft Digital Image Suite will not do to make "web graphics" that are decent (this is nearly always the case). You should download GIMP, it's FREE, there's no catch to it. It can make stuff WAY better than Microsoft Digital Image Suit can do (the program I'm assuming deals with photography, so making any kind of "nice" web designs will be tough to do, if at possible decent ones.)... So tell your dad or mom, or whomever that's not letting you to download GIMP about it's freeness, and no catch to it. Seriously, it has nothing on it that will mess up your PC unless you are a complete numbskull. :/ I'd like to know why you can't download GIMP and use it though.

As for your graphic designs, V1 looks bad. the green needs to go, too blurry, and the text needs work; possibly with the text, put it at one of the corners so it'll fit with the render. Looks so weird I'm not sure what category to place it in: abstract or "out of the blues". I won't rate it, 'cause I see no "good" ideas being executed by the sig..

V2 isn't that much better either. Just changing the colos won't do you much good (hue/saturation/colorize) since.. Oh my gosh, just a flick of a slider will do something like that. :/ The BG is visible now, although it has very little, VERY of any thing going on. The colors as a whole does not blend very well at all. No text either? Atleast a text at the corners would've done a good job, dude.

Your two sigs aren't very good at all. No offense, but it looks like all you just did was color the BG a bit, with some blackness at low opacity for some attention going on, then slapping on a render with some weird-shape things to the side, and save it. Then colorize and saturated it. =/

There are so many nice graphic editing programs out there that comes with absolutely no catch, and is pretty good at making stuff and FREE too.. *sigh*

"What will come depends on what you use and how you use it." - It's true in many cases, and in your case the Suite does crap since I have not seen any "good" stuff coming from it other than some photography editing. ;/ You got a lot of good ideas, but just NOT the right tools.

 

The reason why i can't download GIMP is because it takes up like 16984KB to download and my moms computor dosen't nearly have that much space so i have to wait utill i get my grandmothers computer and that will be next year

 

Your mom's computer more than likely has some stuff that is not needed. And is it an old OS? Like Windows 98? Even then, there are probably a lot of junks on that computer of yours, so maybe uninstall the useless stuff.

*And 16 MB is not even big... lol, you must have ATLEAST one item that takes up over 30 MB that you do not use. :T

BTW, some good graphic editing softwares are Paint.NET and PhotoFilter. Both are free and are relatively small download sizes (both are less than 7 MB for sure, correct me if I'm wrong if you happen to surf for 'em).

PhotoFilter - better than Paint, and it can combine with Digital Suite in terms of basics and "manipulating" graphics.

Paint.Net - better choice than PhotoFilter, and it sure can give you more ways to edit something than Digital Suite can do. =T It allows you to manipulate layers, and other features.

There, two options with both file size totaling less than 13 MB, lol...

 

the windows i'm using is XP and there is alot of stuff on here my mom ond dad don't need so i'll ask them if i can just delete some stuff so i can download GIMP

 

Yeah, GIMP s a lot better. I mean, to put it bluntly, I completely fail at art, and even I can make some decent signatures on GIMP.

btw I like the second sig much better.
