Can Not Find The Following!!!

I used to have Steam on my computer, but now I don't....

But even when I did I was going to use some sound files from Left4Dead 1 & 2 and Team Fortress 2

I can't do it now because my computer is being a shrew,

I tried searching for a way to load just the sound files of the games but, failed T_T

Is there anyone who can help me with this matter at all?

It is really, really annoying for me and I already have enough stress.​

 

Um, what's the problem exactly? You're looking for the sound files on a game you have installed on your computer?

If you are, try looking through the folder for it in Program Files.

 

Well basically, but it is like the sound files do not exist! Not only that but no matter what I do I can't find the stupid files. I was wondering if there is any site that can help me get back the sound files or something???​

 

Usually they're encased in a strange format that can be difficult to convert without the right tools. I think PAK is a common format, do you have any of those files?
