    Fanart for what? I found it on deviantart and just wanted someone to color it with my preferences. Why can't you use it?

    Two reasons, it's in JPG (BAD!)
    And fan art as in it cannot be edited since someone already created it, if you recolor it you are like remodeling it to say you draw it, you need permision from the creator.

    If you want to use fanart, you MUST get the artist's permission first.
    Otherwise, it's known as ripping and is a bannable offence. :3
