    Alaric dropped his knife as he tried to catch it. "Wow. I...didn't expect you to say it like that, Aria." He walked closer to her and sat down. "I'm glad you feel the same way. I...ugh...I'm going to need to change some bad habits."

    Aria let that the opportunity to start a conversation about his bad habits pass. She didn’t feel like getting into complicated subjects, so she sat there, glad he had sat next to her. She moved her hand to his own, taking it gently and looking at him with a small smile.

    Alaric leaned over and kissed her lightly on the cheek. He was glad that he finally had some alone time with her without much happening around them. He smiled as he sat with her. Why can't everyday be like this? I guess life isn't perfect...

    Even though he had kissed her often, the innocence of that kiss made her blush before she calmed her racing heart down and just enjoyed the chastity of the moment. She leaned against him, as she usually did, and closed her eyes calmly.

    He felt his pulse slow down almost coming to a stop when she leaned against him. She always seemed to be able to calm him down. His mind went almost completely blank as he shut his eyes and slid an arm around her.

    "Sleep...I've never liked it. Not a single good dream. You could say I'm afraid of it if you want." He said. "Daxma and I just plain don't like each other. In a few years we could be all friendly and stuff...but not now. Real dates...like taking you out to dinner and to the movies? I'd like that."

    "I'd prefer going to the park." She said. "Dinner and a movie would be fun too, but I'd like to spend quality time with you...Other then staring up at a movie screen...Which I'm sure we wouldn't be doing at the movies anyways..." She stated.

    Alaric sighed as he thought about it. "Yeah. Why pay money for going to a dimly lit place when we can just do that any day for free." He replied. "The park...that would be nice as long as nothing bad happens. Maybe...a picnic if you're into that sort of thing."

    Aria nodded. "I'd want a bear...A really soft one...My brother brought me home a teddy bear once, when I was younger. I still have it, at home." She said. "I was thinking about taking him here but...I figured I may lose him. And it'd be a big deal for me to lose Mr.Y."
