Camping Trip...?

"Um...." She felt her eyes close on her again. "Whatever you wanna do I guess...I can't think right now."

 

Aria sighed, thinking it through in her head. She turned to face him, finally opening her eyes. She didn't know why she didn't feel as nervous as she had before, but she had somehow managed to calm herself down,moving slightly closer then before she shook the paranoid feeling she had coped with for the last few moments and kissed him.

 

Aria broke apart from him, needing air and starting to feel a little dizzy. She ignored the feeling and kissed him again, this time only a little less timidly. After feeling lightheaded again, she stopped, staring into his eyes. “…So…†She started gently, trying to keep her eyes open. She leaned against him leniently, feeling her thoughts start to drift away. “… I’m really…drained…†She said, though that hadn’t been what she was planning on saying at first. And here comes the crash... She thought to herself.

 

Aria nodded quietly, still leaning against him. She already felt herself falling asleep. She was comfortable there. It was nice…

 

After resting, Aria sat up feeling ten times better then she had before. She yawned and stretched her arms, opening her eyes. She focused a small portion of her energy to create the shape of a butterfly with her flame in front her her. She smiled. "All good..." She said, making the flame disappear.

 

"No, not that useful...I use to do that a lot when I was younger. It helps in dark places...Just flutters around to where I need to see." She shrugged. "And yes, I did...Where you awake that whole time?" She asked.

 

"Thanks for watching me..." She said, resuming her 'leaning'. "It's gonna get dark soon..." She noticed outloud with a sigh.

 

Aria shrugged but kept looking out into the water, not moving depsite what she had said. "I mean...Thinking about it, I guess we can't expect to be left alone at a camp with so many other people...We've managed to miss most of the camp activities, though...We only have a few weeks left here..."

 

She decided not to ask why, figuring he still wouldn't be comfortable talking to her about it. Aria shrugged. "It might be..." She whispered, distantly.

 

"Why do you always carry around that knife...?" Aria asked, afterwards regretting it. "Sorry--It slipped out...Never mind, you don't have to answer." She stood up, shutting her eyes tightly for a minute before relaxing and beginning started to walk in the direction of the camp. "I guess we should go back...It'd take longer to get back in the dark..."
