    Don't spam, guys.

Ehh, it's not too bad, but it's extremely large. The bright "WARNING" sign kinda takes away focus from everything else, as well.
I'd say try using a few more blending/smudge effects to really make the stock and background flow.
    Overall, not bad.

    It is very big.
I do like the green flow, and the lightening on the top, if that is lightening.
Other then that I think the warning is a little bright, like Wolfie said.

    Good job though.

Well aside from the fact that it's too big like everyone else stated, I think you should try smudging around the stock instead of using that spray-paint like effect around him. I like the glow of the warning sign and the backlit effect on the word "slip". The only other thing is you should try adding in a light source maybe coming up from the bottom so the lighting doesn't look so bland.Overall, it is very nice. :3

The background is pretty boring. Render -> Clouds does not an interesting background make when you do so little to it. The brushing is alright I guess, but still it could be a lot better. You also need to add more effects to it and not just use brushes, otherwise it looks rather plain. Try blending the stock better as well. Smudging it works well when done right.
