Broken MSN HELP

    I have been trying to log in to MSN now for about 10 days and it hasn;'t been working >.<. It just goes to not responding whenever I try, I have even tried changing my password. Do you think I should uninstall it and re-install a new version but in that case what will I lose? Help me please!

    is your computer on safe mode?
    that may or may not have any effect depending on your comp.
    look into that, and if that doesnt work then i would reccomend updating your msn, then if that doesnt work contact your internet providers

    If you uninstall it and reinstall it, the only thing you should lose is your custom emoticons.

    I think that would be your best option.    ​
