I don't really get whats so funny about it, I'd be pretty upset if someone laughed at me for being injured too...

It depends... I've watch Jackass and I really didn't care what would happen if people do things you can expect to laugh of well then just laugh. But if it's happened unintentionaly well you've two thing to do laugh or don't I'll go with 1.

(Why the hell did I watch Dirty Sanchez last night?)

but when someone's probably screaming or crying out in pain, what would you do? Try putting yourself in that position.

Go as quick as possible to help the person but it also depends with what position I am (am I close or far away to the victim?)

I'd laugh if, say, someone just said something mean right before they stubbed their toe. But I wouldn't if someone broke something. It hurts. A lot.

I've never found it funny, I actually would only laugh if they injured themselves by doing something stupid.

Of course it's not funny. And depending on the type of break (since there's several) that person could be in serious trouble. I think people who laugh at those sorts of things are morons.

I've never laughed at anyone breaking anything. Except for on tv but thats only because some people are just stupid enough to do that. And thats what happens.

So I think it just depends on how it happened to me. Which now that I think about it, seems kind of cruel.

I have never laughed at anyone that had broken a bone or sprained it.I find it mean.I would only laugh if they did it because they were stupid enough to do what ever caused them to hurt themselves.I hardly even laugh at Jackass.I probably chuckle but that's it.Afterwards I just call them stupid.I've never broken anything but I twisted something. And that hurt A LOT.

I think that laughing at someone in pain is mean. The only time I'll laugh at someone in pain is in the Jackass movies.

That's just mean to laugh at someone because they have an injury.
I don't even laugh at Jackass because the stuff they do is stupid.

Eh. I don't care if someone I don't like I'd laugh in there face.

And I don't find it funny but I'm not going to kill someone who does.
    It's life and I honestly don't care.

Well, the whole thing depends, actually. I've never found anything funny about someone showing up hurt and crippled . . . unless of course, there's more to the story than meets the eye. But I'd never laugh at someone injured just for the hell of it, no. It's rude and just plain jackass-ish. However, I suppose that it'd be different if the person hurt and I had some sort of a negative history together. So the question of me laughing at someone injured really would depend on the situation involved and surrounding them . . . I'd not do so for kicks.

I've never been admitted to the hospital so yeah I wouldn't know the pain, but I wouldn't laugh at them hurting themselves. If they were happy and said they hurt themselves in a funny way, then yeah if they were laughing too [I wouldn't wnt to seem cruel] but yeah its heartless to laugh at someone for having a cast

I think it also depends quite a bit on how the injured person views the situation. If the person hurt is in obvious pain and/or is frustrated with how it happened, I'm clearly going to feel sympathetic for him/her. BUT, if the injured person is capable of finding the situation humorous, that changes things a bit.
It might not make the injury less serious or more funny in that offense, but at least you're laughing with the person as opposed to at them. Eh, it should also be kept in mind that 'laughter is the best medicine' and all that whatnot.

So when I broke my ankle no one took it seriously and I didn't get it looked at for like two hours later. And no one really cared and told me to suck it up so I do so. But it hurt really bad so I think it's just mean to make fun of people's injuries no matter how funny it was broken or which bone they break...well maybe a little funny but it's mean to tease them and/or to ingore their pain
