Does anyone know if it's possible to return to Parch after the events with the black ship? Peco's best armor, Amber Breast Plate, is there. It looks like it's also available at Fairy Village, but I'm not exactly sure how that works.
I don't recall being locked out of anywhere after the return trip, but I might not have actually tried. Afterall Parch might very well not be accessible because, well reasons. My best guess would be to go to Rhapala and talk to your crew there. But aside from that, get to work on your freaking village. It is slow at first but has awesome stuff later on. My biggest tip really is that culture defines how quickly and how far several things progress, so it is worth studying that early.
Yeah, I'm looking to get everyone's best equipment, and I already have some on this file that I used for my just finished walkthrough, but I don't think that will be possible on this file as I sold some without realizing it couldn't be obtained elsewhere--for example, Silver Tiara (Nina helmet), which is blessed, and Giant Shield (Garr shield)--unless the Game Lists section here is missing stuff: http://www.gamefaqs.com/ps/196817-breath-of-fire-iii/faqs/18685 There's even some second best equipment that doesn't look like it can be found elsewhere. I am planning on doing the same project I've done with Dragon Quest VIII and am doing with Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits, so will have to use that file to have all best equipment, I guess.
@Mixt, it's too late now on that file as I don't have even one copy of some of the items, but I just learned that Fairy Village can be used to copy items, which is especially useful with items that there are only one of, such as the Silver Tiara which both Nina and Momo can equip, or require extreme patience, such as enemy drops like the Aries Gloves from the Berserker at the Container Yard.
Yep. Although for that you're going to want to exploit it by saving before you check in your item. The Copy shop can fail and sometimes break the original item.
