Jake smirked. "I'm not so great, Alyce. I'm sure you're a much better person than me."

 

Alyce smiled. "It's possible. Anyway, you aren't that bad."

 

"Better that a shadow. That's for sure." He grinned at her. "I'm much better looking at least."

 

"Arrogant." She grinned and stuck her tongue out at him.

 

Jake laughed. "Not arrogant. Just proud. And there is nothing," he tapped her on the nose, "wrong with being proud."

 

Alyce grinned. "There is if you don't have anything to brag about." she teased.

 

"Hey!" Jake laughed, elboing her playfully. "I have plenty to brag about."
He sighed and leaned against the wall again.

"Really?" Alyce grinned and leaned against the wall.

Jake stood and dusted off his pants. "I think I should go work on the bomb. I'm a bit behind."

ooc: I'm gonna be gone till like...I think sunday night. For now, Jake has locked himself in his room to work on the bomb till it's done.
