Boarding School

Have you ever heard of when your heart is breaking because of someone Jasmine said and turned around and started to cry.

 

Jake winced, realizing Jazz was upset because of him.
"Jasmine...I love you...but in different ways than I love Alyce."
He reached forward and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, tilting her chin up so she was looking at him.
"I don't want you hurt. I don't want you upset...please, Jasmine. This isn't easy."

 

"But you dont understand. Theres more to that. My heart is breaking because of you...lierally. If it breaks all the way I could one of them.
It hurts you know. I like you....sure just a little crush....but i dont understand why I am still in love with you when my heart is breaking." She was pacing and crying.

 

Jake reached and grabbed her arm, trying to keep her from pacing like that. It was making him more nervous than he already was.
"We won't let the shadows take you. I promise we won't. No matter what it takes. None of us are gonna die. We're all getting out of this."

 

Jasmine looked away.
She was scared but didnt want Jake to know.
I can handel this by myself she said a little bitterly.

 

"Jasmine. No you can't. None of us can handle this alone. Not a single one of us should EVER be alone." His eyes begged her. "Jazz, listen to common sence."

 

I have to think ok she walked out. Calll me if you need me ok she said.
She went to the roof. Her hand was turning black. WHo can understand this she said outload.
Occ: i think the shadow should come annd talk to me.?????

 

ooc: want me to play shadow at the moment?

Occ: yea that s fine.

Jasmine felt darkness creeping up her arm.
Why is this happening to me she said.

 

The shadow chuckled behind her, drifting up to stand next to her. "The darkness doen't choose you, dearest. You choose it."

Jake was walking down the hall, eyes shifting along the walls suspiciously.

 

Alyce walked along the hallways, looking over at the walls occasionally. Stupid shadow's made me so paranoid...

 

What are you talking about she saaid not really scared.

 

The shadow chuckled, the sound of a low rumble deep in it's chest. "I mean that you are one of few that I may let live."

Jake was so busy watching the walls that he ran headlong into Alyce, yelping and falling back wards.

ooc: i'm sooooo sorry. I have to go cook dinner for my brothers. C you tomorrow.

 

Why me though she asked.

 

Alyce fell backward, not catching her balance in time. "I'm such a klutz..." she muttered, pulling herself up from the ground. Realizing she'd walked straight into Jake and knocked him over, she gave him a sheepish smile. "Sorry about that..."

OOC: LOL...and just when I was getting bored too. :P

"I see power in you." The shadow hissed in her ear. "You could have it all. You could be like me, stand above the others..."
The licked his lips in thought. "The boy...Jacob...you could have him...he'd look up to you... Isn't that what you want?"

"No problem." Jake rubbed the back of his head as he stood up. "It was kinda my fault too."

 

Alyce grinned faintly. "I guess we're both pretty distracted. How'd your long nap go?"
