Boarding School

Geryl took out a flashlight from his pocket.

 

Alyce did her best to dodge, and managed to get to her bag. "Come on...it's in here somewhere..." She looked up. "I guess you've got it covered, Geryl..."

 

The shadow saw the flashlight in Geryl's hands. "NO!"

 

He turned it on toward the shadow.

 

The shadow in Jake's body screamed as the light scored it's body. It knew if it didn't leave it would be defeated. It fled Jake's body, soaring through the wall and disappearing.

Jake looked over at his friends trembling. "Ouch..." He mumbled, then his eyes rolled back and he crumpled against the floor.

 

Jasmine smiled then noticed darkness creeping up her arm.
She ran away to a private place.
Whats going on

 

Geryl turned his light off. You okay Jake? He said limping over to Jake.

 

Jake didn't move, he was too tired.

"He's probably exhustated. Listening to that stupid shadow rant has to be annoying." Alyce said, managing a faint smile. "You look wiped...you might wanna get some rest, Sleeping Beauty." she told Jake.

Jasmine was crying in her private place.

Darkeness engulfed her.

 

"I think I...will." Jake smiled weakly up at Alyce. "I'm sorry...I couldn't control him...I didn't mean to...hurt any of...you." He panted, his eyes scanned the empty hallway as he felt himself drifting off to sleep. "Where's...Jasmine?" He asked quietly before passing out.

Jasmine cries and found her last breath until she had no heart in her.

"It's alright. It wasn't your fault." Alcye told him, giving his hand a tight squeeze before standing up and looking around. After all of this, none of us should be alone for very long. Speaking of us...where is Jasmine?

Alyce sighed. I wonder where Jasmine is. I want to go check up on her, but I don't want to just leave Jake here... She leaned against the wall tiredly. I could use some rest too...today's been a really long day.
