Boarding School

Alyce sat down next to Jasmine. "Jasmine, it's going to be okay. You have to drink this though, okay? Then you'll feel better." she muttered soothingly, similar to the way she spoke to her siblings when they were sick.

 

Jasmine drunk it then cried..
She then passed out.

 

Geryl laid her on his bed and then went to teh freezer to get ice.

 

Jake dreamed as he slept. He stood before the shadow in a strange white room. He seemed to have no control over his limbs and he was stuck watching as the shadow drew close, hissing in his ear.

'They are going to die.' The shadow hissed.

"NO..." Jake managed. "I won't let you..."

'I'm not going to do anything.' The shadow laughed coldly. 'You are.'

Jake gasped as the shadow faded straight into his own body, making his mind numb.
"No..." Jake muttered weakly before he lost all sence of what was happening and the shadow took over.

The shadow in Jake's body looked up around the hallway. "Time to go meet my...friends." He laughed.

 

OOC: Rax, you scare me now. I was bored during school today, and I realized about the only thing that shadow hasn't pulled yet is possession, and then you go and pull possession on meh. :P

Alyce sighed lightly as she watched Jasmine sleep. I hope she feels better soon... She frowned. I hope Sleeping Beauty's not out too long. He just zonked out out of nowhere.

The shadow, or Jake, stormed down the hall. He could smell the fear wafting in the air and grinned crookedly. He had been watching Jake. The crooked smile was something he did often.
He rounded the corner, spotting his victims standing around the girl, Jasmine was it?
He chuckled to himself as he approached, making his face grave as if he was worried.
"What's going on?" He asked in Jake's voice.

 

"Took you long enough to get up." Alyce smiled faintly before replying on a serious note, "Jasmine's still recovering from a run in with Mr. Shadow."

OOC: LOL...seriously, I was like 0.0 for a few minutes. :P

 

The shadow let out a laugh by accident but covered it quickly with a caugh. He remembered his...visit with the girl. It angered him that she had survived though.
"And...is anyone else hurt?" He tried to keep his tone somber but he wanted so much to laugh.

ooc: scareing people like that is sort of a habbit of mine.

 

Alyce blinked. She could have sworn he'd tried to cover up a laugh. Shrugging, she shook her head. "Other than Geryl's burnt hands, everyone's doing fine."

 

Jasmine heard voices.
Your going to be a shadow....soon.
She began to sweat.
Your heart is breaking....Ha ha ha.Soon .....Soon

 

The shadow stared at Jasmine for a moment. He could feel the fear comming off of her. It was an addictive feeling he had grown to know and love. The fear of others. He could smell it, taste it. It made his mouth water just at the thought. It took everything he had to resist the temptation to kill her and unleash it all.
'all in good time.' he thought to himself.

 

Alyce frowned faintly. Something was wrong here, but she didn't know exactly what. Once Jake entered the room, Jasmine broke out in sweat, like she was scared of him. She waved a hand in front of Jake's face and gave him an odd look. "Hello...you're totally zoning out, Jake."

 

Jasmine truied to wake up but something was resisting her.
Whats going on she wondered sounding scared.

 

"Sorry...I guess i'm just not feeling like myself right now...maybe it's the shadow."
The shadow rolled his eyes in his head.

 

Alyce gave a dry smile. "I know what you mean. So, how long were you out for, Sleeping Beauty?"

I can't help but feel like something's wrong...and I'm starting to wonder what's wrong with this picture.

 

Jasmine started to stir.
She woke up.
Hi she said looking at Alyce and Jake.

 

"I dunno...a few minutes? How long has it been?" He attempted to sound confused and unknowing. He didn't like questions. He never had. He silently promised that she would be the first on his list.
He looked down when Jasmine awoke, just watching.

 

"More like a half hour or so." Alyce replied absentmindedly as Jasmine woke up. "How are ya feeling, Jazz?"

 

Jasmine looked at Jake while answering.
Somethings not right
Im fine just a little weak.

 

The shadow saw the look Jasmine had given him and grinned evily from behind Alyce's back. He knew she had an idea of what was happening. He winked at her, making sure only she saw it.
