Boarding School

The shadow threw her out and Jasmine fell n the rock all bloddied up.
She fainted.

 

Jake slouched against the wall, pressing his ear against it. "Who is that?" He yelled through the wall.

 

Alyce waited anxiously for a reply from the other side of the wall. Hopefully whoever it is can actually hear us through the wall...

 

Jake wiped a hand over his face, watching the wall carefully. "We have to get in there. Is there a door somewhere?"

 

Alyce shrugged, trying to remember if she'd seen a door on the way to the basement. "I passed a door near the basement when I went down there. That might be it."

 

Nami sat in the cell, waiting. The flashlight was in her arms. When the door opened, Nami pointed the flashlight towards the door. She then saw it was Alyce. She hoped that she didn't make Alyce go blind. "Alyce! Over here!"

 

Alyce winced a little at the bright light, but walked over to where Nami was. "Jeez Nami, I thought you were trying to kill the shadow, not me." she joked, a hand slightly covering her eyes.

 

"Heh. Sorry about that," she smiled. Finally... something to smile about... Nami said, "Please find a way to get us out!" It's way too dark, and this flashlight would be too bright!"

 

Alyce looked at the cell as if looking for a lock of some sort. "How long have you guys been in here?"

 

Geryl shrugged. Dunno.

 

"So, with no light, we can't see. With my light, we'll go blind." she sighed and sank down. "I imagined a perfect life here. Sure with a couple bumps, but nice. But now..."

 

Give me a rod or something.He muttered searching his pockets.

 

"Right here!" Nami held up a rod. "I usually use them, so... yeah." she gave it to Geryl. "At least I can be useful sometimes!" she laughed.

 

Alyce had a facepalm moment. "Why didn't I remember that I had this?" she muttered as she dug her small, worn flashlight out of her bag. "Heh...I would have given this to you, but I figured I might need it later."

 

"Oh..." Nami said sataring at the flashlight. "I think my light is blinding enough, wouldn't you agree, Alyce?"

 

Geryl took out some wires and some batteries. Lessee.He said and took out some paper. He then rubbed the paper between his rod and the cell rod.

 

"I see what you're doing!" Nami excitedly said. "I didn't think of that!"
OOC: I've gotta go, but only for a little while. I WILL BE BACK. ^.^

BIC: Geryl finally got teh bars to get heated red hot. Watch it people. It's hot.

 

Jake just stood and watched, feeling tired allofthesudden.

 

"...I think I'll stay away from the bars for a while." Alyce muttered, stepping back a little bit and watching Geryl's attempt. She looked over at Jake. "You know...you can rest if you want. This is probably going to take a little while."
