Boarding School

Geryl threw the dagger toward the shadow as it instead made teh dagger disappear. Geryl gasped as it then forced Geryl back toward teh wall outside. Geryl stood up shakily to see it on front of him.

 

Alyce watched in shock as Geryl was forced against the wall. Wait, isn't a shadow just darkness? Darkness is repelled by light...that's it! She hurriedly dug through her bag. "Come on...be in here..."

 

Alyce i found a way out come on she yelled.

 

The shadow then held up one finger and then ripped through Geryl's arm. Geryl screamed loudly as blood fell off of his arm.

 

Alyce hesitated, looking between Geryl and Jasmine for a second. "Which way?" she called back, still rumaging around in her bag.

 

Geryl now was unconcious as teh shadow now was beginning to rip through his left leg.

 

She looked at her map.
In the basement come on she said.

 

Geryl then screamed as the rip was finished and now was ripping his right leg.

 

"But what about...?" Alyce sighed unsurely as she made a a split second decision. "Get Jake out of here if you haven't already. I'll catch up with you in a minute."

 

Jasmine ran to get Jake.
Jake where are you she yelled.

 

THE shadow now was ripping Geryl's last arm.

 

Well, here goes nothing... Alyce clutched a large flashlight in her hand and, aiming it at the shadow, turned it on full blast.

...why do I have the feeling this is gonna backfire on me?

 

The shadow then disappeared by teh light. Geryl then fell to teh ground unconcious.

 

...it actually worked? It worked! Alyce mentally cheered for a moment, before noticing Geryl hit the ground unconscious. She leaned down and tapped him lightly on the shoulder. "Come on Geryl, wake up..." she muttered softly.

 

Geryl woke up a bit then shook his head. Great. More iunjuries. He said.

 

"Nice thing to wake up to, huh?" Alyce asked dryly. She pocketed the flashlight. I can definately use this in the future...

 

Jasmine ran to Alyce.
Are you ok she said.

 

Geryl nodded and tried to stand up with both of his ripped legs. He then fell down. Darn shadow.......

 

"I'm fine. Not so sure about him..." Alyce told Jasmine.

 

Geryl reached for his crutches and stood up with them wincing. I gotta get these bandaged. I'll be back later..... He then limped/moved toward his dorm.
