Boarding School

"When have I ever lied to you?" Alyce asked brightly. She seemed to be good at making him nervous tonight....

 

Jake didn't know what to say. So he just looked her in the eyes and managed a goofy smile. He wanted to kiss her again but didn't know how she'd react. Girls were a hard subject.

 

Alyce, unsure of what to do now, and feeling slightly awkward, just smiled back. Why do boys have to be so confusing?

 

Geryl limped back to Jacob and Alyce. Ummmmmm guys?

 

Jake looked up at him, there wasn't much that could spoil his mood at that moment. He was perfectly happy. Even with a phyco after them.

ooc: I have to go. Ill be on tomorrow though.

 

Feeling relieved to be saved from the awkwardness, Alyce looked over at Geryl. "Something wrong?"

 

OOC: Cya Rax.

BIC: I think we have a problem with teh shadow.He said.

 

"...what kind of problem?" Alyce asked dryly, her good mood fading slightly at the mention of the shadow.

 

I saw tracks leading to my dorm and I think He's in there. He said.

 

Clara was sitting in her dorm thinking of what she should tell the others. If I tell them about the shadow, it could keep them out of danger. But if I do tell them, they would all find out about me... I guess I don't have much of a choice do I? I can't put these people at risk! she heard a noise outside and stepped out of her dorm. The first thing she saw were strage black tracks heading towars another dorm. She recognised them immediately. He's back... and this time I'm not letting him get away.

 

Geryl limped toward his dorm trying to listen past teh door.

 

"Hey! What are you doing up and about?! You're supposed to be resting!" she heard some distinct noises behind the door. "Look you go and rest, I'll take care of this guy. Got it?"

 

So what? I'll try to stop it so I can stop it to kill the others.He said.

 

"And how are you meant to do that with all of your limbs injured? Besides, if you want to fight that desperately, I suggest you save your strength for when the others arrive. You'll be no use to us if we're surrounded by shadows and you can barely stand." and with that she took a bow and a quiver full of arrows from her bag, and walked through the door.

 

Geryl growled a bit. Then decided that she was right.

 

Clara saw the annoyance on his face "Good. Now that you realise that I have a point, go, rest and save your strength." she looked at him with hard eyes, then her face softened. "And whatever you might hear, don't come after me. Understand?"

 

Geryl stared at CLara then limped away.

 

She took a deep breath and stepped into the dorm. When her full body was inside the door slammed shut behind her. She wasn't suprised, she knew what was to come. She quickly placed her hands over her ears, but knot quicly enough to hear a part of a loud screech come from the shadow. He' trying to wear me down... I can't give him that advantage.

 

Geryl stood outside the door waiting.

 

Clara took an arrow from her quiver, and held it up with her bow. The room was completely dark, and had no chance of seeing the shadow. She felt something move behind her. She turned and shot the arrow and heard another loud screech from the shadow.
