so, we have tried to watch Sunshine twice now, renting from Netflix, and the first just wouldn't outright play and this second one is freezing 42 minutes in and my dad is trying to fix it. We don't have a disk cleaner anymore so it's a pain dealing with this. But I don't know if it makes a difference, but we're using a blu-ray disk, and it's got 1 scratch on it. Do you guys know if there's anything wrong with the disk or player? Because having to send in a problem report twice for the same DVD is rediculous. If I have to do this again, I'm giving up. Trying to see a movie isn't worth this nonsense we're dealing with
From reading that, I'm going to have to say that it's a defective disc, because one scratch wouldn't be enough to cause any disc not to work at all.
that's what my dad is saying. I mean, what's really rediculous, is the facts THAT WE KEEP HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS ONE SINGLE MOVIE!!!!! I swear, I should not have to send in 2 problem reports for a movie, much less the same. If I actually have to send 3, than Netflix has a serious issue. They need to have better people send these things, because being squished in the mail shouldn't happen with every movie
we've only got one blu-ray disk player. And what's really annoying is the fact that it's only happened this much with this movie. We'll occasionally get a disk that needs a little cleaning, but that's it. It's never been this bad
Most likey it's the disk. Spray some windex on a paper towel and then clean the disk. That's what I do to clean mine and it usually works fine.
