Bloody Nightmare

Road to Orphanage~~

Rin slammed her phone shut. She was frustrated with the girl on the other line. It wasn't her fault that monsters were after her; she was simply following what Seth told her to do. It was then that she finally noticed her dress seemed to be ripped. She walked until she could hear Seth calling her name. That was when she picked up her pace. She didn't stop until she was back into Seth's arms. His body was cold and hard, making the impact hurt a little, but that was the least of her worries. "Are you hurt," She asked him, holding on tightly.

 

Luin~

Seth's eyes widened as Rin ran into him and held on. "I'm fine, Rin." His mind went back to how she'd acted before. "Rin...you realize I'm a Vampire...and yet you cling to me so earnestly. Why is this?" He could smell the Dhamphirs even all the way in town. Mumbling to himself he cursed, "Dammit...they must be staying in town... Rin...I'm guessing Yuka said she wouldn't bring the car. We'll have to leave shopping until tomorrow then. Night is falling and it'd be wise to get you fed and hidden away before my guests arrive." He pulled her away from him and sighed heavily. "I'm afraid....I must ask of you....to allow me to taste your blood once more. I fear it's been on my mind of late and I worry about my actions on the way home."

 

Orphanage~~~

Rin held tighter onto Seth. "You're the only one who noticed me. You're the only person who ever cared." She then tilted her neck to the side, leaning into his arms. This was her chance go gain the upper hand. It wasn't something that she wanted to let go of. "I don't mind if you feed off of me...that is if you give me a kiss. A grown up kiss." She leaned against him, so close that she could allow him to stare down her dress. Rin still wasn't quite sure if this was a good idea or just a flat out stupid decision.

 

~north woods
Ceril weaved through the trees as she ran. Finding large game in this area was often times difficult, but she knew she had to try. If she didn't, she would become more susceptible to tonight's dinner. She hated thinking of humans like that. They weren't meals, they're were people. No lesser than she or any other vampires. It disgusted her to watch all those vampire feeding on innocents.
Finally ceril came across a bear. She had to go a few extra miles north in order to find something, but it was worth it. She crept up on it and lunged. The bear didn't stand a chance. Ceril ripped at it's throat and engorged herself at the creature's blood. It felt wonderful. Much better than a squirrel. It had been quite some time since the last large animal she drank from. Most likely two parties ago. She was disgusted with herself over how exciting the bear blood tasted. She truly was a monster. When the bear was dry she burried it under a pile of brush and headed back towards town. It would only be a few hours before the party. She needed to pick out something nice to wear. Dress to impress was what she uses to say.

 

Luin~

Seth's internal war waged furiously. The age gap was giant and yet...he needed the small amount of blood lest he take more from her on the way home. Unfortunately, his bloodlust won. "An old friend once told me that blood from a person in a state of bliss is sweeter...I've always wanted to test this theory." He tilted her chin up towards him and fought a smile, "You believe our first kiss was not grown up? Truly?" Bending his head down, he lightly touched his lips to hers. He opened his mouth to say something more and by mistake, nicked her lip with a sharp fang. Seth's hands tensed around Rin's slight frame and he kissed her full, drinking in the blood from her lip.

Luin~~

Rin held tighter onto him. She could feel his arms squishing her a bit, but that didn't really matter to her. This kiss was just as good as the last one. Feeling greedy, she wrapped her arms around his neck and pushed her tongue around his. Rin could taste her own blood on his tongue, but it didn't bother her too much. That wasn't her main concern. She wanted to say something, but her own urges kept her silent. For now, she was going to enjoy this moment with Seth.

"I'm not a little girl; i'm yours now, remember" She whispered, releasing her tongue from his for only a moment. "You don't have to treat me like a kid; you know that. Treat me however you like."

 

Luin~

Seth could taste the clot forming and pulled away from her, panting, "Little girl or not...it is dangerous to tempt a hungry vampire. There will be no more kisses until after the party." He licked his lips and purred, "Lips don't bleed for very long. It will stop in a moment, so we should start heading back home now." He didn't like how much sway a human's blood had over him...especially one that was innocent and pure. Though from that kiss, she wasn't as pure as he thought. The only other pure girl he'd cared about had disappeared on him. Feeling a pang of loss, he snatched Rin's hand and hauled her along the road towards the only road that led to the Church.

 

Luin~~

Rin was a bit upset that Seth wasn't going to kiss her again for a while. Technically, it was her fault for ruining the moment. She cared about Seth so much though, even though she couldn't figure out why. She trusted him with all of her heart. It had amazed her how much her life had changed in such a short time. Her backpack was holding her back a bit as she was running, but she was smiling because Seth was holding on so tightly to her. "How much further do we have to go," She asked him.

 

Road to the Church~

Seth led her towards the road and followed it. He really didn't care if they met the Dhamphir. Having the girl with him was a good enough reason to wander around. He could smell them and it made his blood boil that creatures like that existed. As soon as he saw the men, Seth prayed he didn't look like a creepy old man with a young girl. He still looked young enough to have a girlfriend this young. "It's not far now, Rin. Soon we'll be there and have all the fun we want." He winked at her and cast a wide-eyed glance towards the men standing in their way.

Suzaku frowned as he laid eyes on the young girl and the man...in a suit? "Excuse me..but where are you two going?" Seth offered a sheepish smile, "To the abandoned Church. You look like a decent guy. I'll tell you the truth..." Suzaku leaned in towards him, his curiosity peaking. "We were looking for a good make-out spot." Seth grinned and Suzaku rolled his eyes. "I'd be careful if I were you two. There are wolves and such out here at night. Not to mention...Vampires." Watching for the slightest flicker, Suzaku frowned when he didn't see anything and was met with a chuckle, "Please...Vampires don't exist. We'll be back...around day time." he smiled down at Rin like a lust filled man. Seth was glad the wind was blowing West and they would be following the road to the North. Keeping the Dhamphir's downwind, he edged past them with Rin.

 

Road to the Church~~

Rin was having a hard time keeping up with everything that was going on. Although, she smiled when Seth described what they were going to do as "fun". Her feelings became much more engraved when she spotted him with a lustful look in his eye. She wanted to lean in for another kiss, but they were already on the move when she acted on her emotions. Rin felt disappointed, but she knew that her next chance was coming up soon. Her heart was beating faster than normal.

"Who were those guys," Rin asked as soon as they were far enough away.

 

Church of Luin~

Seth scooped her up into his arms and bowed his head, "Vampire Hunters. They'd kill me the first chance they'd get." The scent of Rin nearly made him stop and ask again for her blood. The party wasn't far off though...

Balmore Manor//

As Seth nudged open the door with his hip, he carried Rin inside the rather well kept church and across the foyer into his room. Plopping her down on his bed, Seth pulled off his coat and tie. Undoing his cuffs and a few buttons at the top of his shirt, he pulled it out of his waistband and ruffled his hair. "I'll have to ask Cooke if there is any food left... and something for you to eat." Sitting down on the edge of his bed, he flopped over onto his back beside Rin and closed his eyes. "I'll do it in just a minute....just...one minute."

 

Rin was amazed by how well decorated the house was. She loved how comfortable the bed was. Everything right now seemed perfect. She was going to allow Seth to feed off of her, but, for a second, it felt like there was no difference between them. Again, she wanted to have some kind of power over him. She took off the straps of her dress, only revealing a bra covering her body. Don't know why I need one though, Rin complained as she examined herself. "I don't want to get my dress dirty before the party," was the only excuse to tell Seth as she laid next to him. Without permission, Rin went in for another grown up kiss, having fun playing with the vampire's mind.

 

Balmor Manor~

Seth opened his eyes and pressed a finger to Rin's lips. "That's not such a wise idea. I'm not in the mood for such games. I don't believe I've conveyed the right sort of message to you Rin. Vampires like me are dangerous." With that said, he rolled until he was pinning her to the bed, holding her arms to the bed beside her head. "You simply don't understand...I could kill you without a second thought. Love...isn't something vampires know. I've fufilled my end of the deal...the other side is that you are my human for as long as you live to feed on and use as I please." His dark brown eyes shifted until they turned a blood crimson, "Are you prepared to fufill your end of the contract at any time? You will not get a chance to say no to me. You can never love a human boy without me tearing his head off. You will not...live a normal life after this."

 

Rin didn't smirk at his reaction. For some reason, she expected him to say something like that. In a way, she was prepared. "You are my savior. You rescued me from that terrible place, so I'm willing to make it up to you in any way that I can. If that's all I am to you, then I'll be your food supply." Rin then puffed up her chest. "But look at what I'm doing. Seth, I got half naked because you're important to me. If I'm just going to be your little toy, and belong to only you, then you should promise me that I'm your only toy. You may have given up on love, but I haven't. You can call me an idiot all you want, but I think I may have just fallen for you, old man. Drink from me, use my body; I don't care. I want this life. It's my choice."

 

Balmore Manor~

Seth sighed, resting his face in the crook of her neck. "I'm not....going to promise you this. I will not promise something I can't uphold." Lifting his head, he kissed her cheek, "All humans and Vampires alike are my toys. They amuse me." A soft knock came at the door and Yuka poked her head inside. "Master Seth...Lady Elizabeth and Sebastian have arrived early as usual. Would you like me to set out some tea or...serve her something she really wants." Seth sat up, tossing a throw onto Rin, "Tea would be nice right about now. Rin, stay here...I'll be back later. I'll check on you during the party, so...remain here. Yuka will find you something appropriate to wear."

Closing the door behind him, Seth sighed. Having a human in the house again proved to restore his humanity. He felt...tired.

Yuka smiled down at Rin, "So you're the young lady I spoke with on the phone. See, onii-chan brought you home safe and sound." She flung open a trunk near Seth's wardrobe and rummaged through it. "Hmm...for someone so slight...I should think something that fits Cooke would fit you..."

Balmore Manor - Church confessions - Balmore Manor's private sitting room~

Seth took a seat in an old leather chair across from the woman with wavy blonde locks and bright green eyes. "Early as always, Miss Elizabeth. I take it you wish to make another withdrawl?" She nodded, "What can I say? I like shoes, Mr. Balmore. Unfortunately...the library hasn't been doing as much business as it used to. Sooner or later, I'm going to ask you for money. You'll have to refuse my girlish charms." she giggled and the man at her shoulder glanced away. Seth didn't miss a single thing. "Aye, I shall try my best. As for Sebastian?" She glanced up at him and touched his hand, "Isn't he cute in his evening attire? I wish to keep him at my side during the party this time again, Seth. I have found my nerves are deteriorating. My age is catching up with me. I tend to drop things so Sebastian holds them for me." Seth frowned, "Alright, if my Lady requests it. Anything else?" She leaned forwards across the small table covered by a tea set, "Perhaps a small kiss?" He groaned inwardly. Did everyone want to jump him?

 

Balmore Manor~~

Rin didn't like that idea at all. She wanted to protest Seth's words, but she was never given the chance. He had already left and was left in the hands of the maid she heard on the phone. She was pretty; much prettier than Rin had ever saw herself. Rin wished to protest putting on a different dress, but she figured that she would lose that battle in the end. And she hoped that a better looking dress would help change Seth's mind about things.

"May I ask...who you are to him," Rin asked the maid.

 

Balmore Manor~

Yuka lifted her head from the trunk and pulled out a sparkling silver dress, "Who...onii-chan? He's mearly like an older brother to us. Seth saved me from the Hunters during the Purge. I owe him my eternal life. If you're asking if we're in a romantic relationship of any sorts...then you'll be relieved. Seth is my dearest brother to me and the rest of us." Yuka sat beside her and removed what remained of her dress. "Master Seth will be very happy to see you in this. Silver is his favorite color."

Balmore Manor - Balmore Manor's private sitting room~

Seth softly brushed his lips along Elizabeth's jawbone, "Elizabeth...I must ask you what your intentions are of keeping Sebastian as a familiar beside you?" Elizabeth sighed and stroked Sebastian's hand, "I greatly intend on keeping him with me for a long time. Eventually...once we discuss it further, Seth, I'd like to ask you to turn him. Or would you rather I ask Lorrietta?" Seth growled and she smirked.

 

Balmore Manor~~

Rin let out a sigh of relief. She felt more comfortable around the beautiful vampire; like she wasn't a threat anymore. The irony, of course, is that she was still human, a sack full of food for any vampire. She smiled at Yuka, trying her best to hide her nerves. Rin slipped into the dress, feeling a bit stupid. She didn't feel like there was anything out there that could make her feel beautiful.

"Well, did he ever have a relationship with anybody," She asked. Idiot! And what would that information bring you besides sadness?

Bank~~

Alexander looked at his clock and saw that it was now time to leave for the party. He would simply be going in his suit that he was wearing. it was an all purpose outfit, and he felt that he needed to feed. He slowly walked by his secretaries desk. "Would you like a ride to the party," He asked her.

 

Balmore Manor~

Yuka smiled, setting Rin in front of a mirror and combing her fingers through her hair. "Why of course. But it's been...such a long time since he's had any sort of relationship. Around...thirty years. My...that girl must be long gone by now. Probably New York like she wanted. Ah, but listen to me ramble. That girl was something special. Unfortunately, I wouldn't doubt he's forgotten all about her. All the pictures of the past were burned up in the fire during the Purge when we ran." Yuka touched her chin to Rin's head, "It's been so long...since we've had someone other than each other to talk to. You mustn't show Seth you are saddened by his past. It will only make him sadder. He's been very lonely lately."

Balmore Manor- Private sitting room~

Seth excused himself from Elizabeth's presence and leaned heavily on the banister. "Is this truly the path of my life? Dealings with Vampires that like me only for my blood and status?" Digging in his pocket, he searched and searched and came up empty. "That's right...any reminder of her is gone."

 

~road to church

Ceril rinsed off the bear blood in the river and then hurried home to change. The one human thing left about her for sure was her clothing. She had always loved clorhes. Her treehouse was filled with elegant clorhing and books.. She combed her hair out and let it fa l on her shoulders. Ceril slipped into a satin red minidress with full sleeves. She put on her red pumps and kissi bl bly pink lipstick before leaving. Even in heels, she landed on the wooded ground with flawless dexterity. She felt silly every time she dressed up. The only time any of those other vampires saw her were at the parties, but yet she put on her cocktail hour best every time. Usually ceril just ended up sitting in the back of the church by herself all night. Sometimes feining conversarion with whomever walked by, but it was mostly just a quiet loathsome night. She noticed another body walking down the road towards the church and called after them. She could make out the shape of alexander even from the distance. "oh alexander do please wait up. A lady shouldn't show up to a party unaccompanied." she waved at him from behind.
