Bloody Nightmare

Mayor's House~~

Rin's breathing became harder. "He'll come. He has to feed soon." His promise to her kept replaying in her mind, like it was a broken record.

 

Mayor's House

Lucy crossed her legs, "You really are dumb and blind. Vampires lose energy when they're hungry. He won't be leaving his psychopathic home anytime soon without feeding from someone else." Lucy pulled back the curtains of her window and stared at the full moon. "He won't come... Just like my past...he won't come into the light."

 

Mayor's House

Rin attempted to stand up. She hadn't eaten for several hours; she felt weak in the knees and a bit dizzy. She collapsed back on the floor, feeling a bit of a hot flash. "You'll see; he's going to come. Unlike you, I'm not expendable."

ceril studied suzaku for a moment and then grinned wide. "something tells me no one knows you're here and if that's true, then we have nothing to worry about." she shrugged her shoulders and looked up at valentine happily. "and if someone does no you're here, well then the others stand no chance. i'd say this town has at least a fourth the amount of vampires as it does humans. we vampires own this town. not the humans. you're damphir friends and the vhs stand no chance against all of us."

 

"So, what do we do know?" Keel asked.

 

Mayor's House

Lucy shrugged and pulled out a plastic covered plate of food from under her bed. "If you say so. Here...eat. Until he comes, will you let me show you a normal life? You know...humans taking care of you?"

Valentine lifted Ceril up onto her feet again and shuffled her down the stairs. "If we're done here... Ceril and I have something to do." Leaving Suzaku on the stairs writhing in pain.

Luin

Nina growled, "We go and find the Lycan Hunters. Despite their rude manners, we should warn them that there are Pureblood Vampires around. They're trained to deal with werewolves, not vampires."

The sun started to ascend and the plane took off, hosting dozens of werewolves connected to Nicholas and headed for the small town of Luin.

 

Mayor's House~~

Rin hesitated when she saw the plate of food. At first, she thought about Lucy adding some kind of drug in there that would knock her out. She remember though that if Lucy wanted her unconsious, it was as easy as simply knocking her out. Cautiously, she took a bite, savoring the taste. Giving up all will power, she took handfuls of the food. "I'm skeptic on what humans can do when I know a vampire who can cook ten times better than this."

Ceril walked with valentine, leaving the damphir on the staircase to suffer. She smiled up at him and wrapped her hands around,his arm. "where are we going?"

 

Mayor's house

Lucy huffed, "I made that myself....but thanks. Is it just because he's a Vampire....? I remember....my...my mother....she told me to run. It was winter...there was blood everywhere. I don't remember where it came from. All I know...is there was a Vampire there...and he took my mother away from me."

Valentine cracked open a heavy door and found Cooke stretching up to the top shelf of a numerous shelved bookcase lined with millions of leather bound books. "The library. It's quiet...usually empty," he glared at Cooke and she dropped the cook book she was trying to replace and scurried from the room. "I thought I could get to know your taste in books and...other things."

Rin didn't feel so proud of her comment now. She was still upset with Lucy; but now she could see that the girl was simply ignorant of the different lifestyles. "Not all vampires are bad," Rin said, slowly putting small pieces of food in her mouth.

Ceril watched cooke scurry out of the library and she felt bad for a moment. It was her company that caused cooke to leave. She walked over to the cook book and slipped it into the spot on the shelf that cooke was trying to place it in. she turned to valentine, smirking. "and what exactly might those other things be?" ceril trailed her fingers down his arm and batted her eyelashes.

 

Mayor's House

Lucy shivered, "How long do you intend to believe that? Someday...he'll do something...bite someone close to you...or even you...and you'll hate him."

Balmore Manor: library

Valentine smiled, "I think you know very well. Before we were interrupted by the very rude child....I believe I was about to ravish you...in a less gentlemanly way."

 

"So, where do we find them at?" Keel asked.

ceril sat down on the edge of a desk. there was still a large smirk on her face and she tilted her head down a bit. her voice was smooth and she winked at him. "i thought you wanted to protect me or something. to keep my imagine untainted." she laughed lightly and wiggled her pointer finger for valentine to come closer.

 

Luin

Nina jerked her pale head towards the path leading away from town and towards the forest, "Exactly where their targets are."

Balmore Manor: library

Valentine stepped forwards, invading her personal space in one step. "That's correct. I wanted to keep you untarnished....yet my desire to keep y intentions good and...otherwise, war in my mind. I could always...." he leaned forwards until his breath brushed across her cheeks, "Give you a taste and make you come back wanting more without ruining you."

 

Luin

"That sounds like fun." Keel said before turning to Allen "You okay with this?" "No need to worry about me Onii-chan." Allen replied.

ceril smirked and tapped her finger lightly on his nose. "you talk like it's sweets before dinner. ya' know, you could just give into what we both want." she winked and started unbuttoning his shirt, starting at the collar. ceril figured he would probably stop her again, but she was curious to see how far he would let her go a second time.

 

Luin

Nina grumbled and started towards their destination. "You two keep acting all buddy buddy...and the vampires will tear you apart using your relationship. Not to mention...Lycan Hunters aren't fond of "brotherly love". Real or fake."

Balmore Manor: library

Valentine's smile remained fixed on his lips, "I thought it was sweets before dinner. But..." his fingers clamped down on hers, "Giving into what I desire may as well be an invitation to destroying everything. I don't want to hurt you Ceril. I've only just come to know you. Would you have me ruin a fine flower with centuries of blood?"

 

"I'll keep that in mind." Keel replied. Besides, they'll have to go through me to get ot him first. He thought as Allen continued to follow behind them.

ceril rolled her eyes. her hands dropped to her sides and held onto the edge of the desk. she hadn't got nearly as far as she anticipated. "i'm not that fragile. i can actually hold my own sweetie. trust me." her words were warm and inviting as she whispered to him.
