Bloody Nightmare

Serena put her hands in her pockets, rocking on the balls of her feet. "hmmm...oh what his name. It was high school ya' kbow. Even though we were twins, we didn't really hang out with the same people. I think he was on the track team with us. It starts with a T. Tony...tom...tod! It was tod. Tod nesbaur. He was a sweetie. Totally opposite of her. I never understood how they got together. I think he was a fast runner or something. But don't worry, you're way more attractive. He had acne and braces. Mmm, the only time I was ever jealous of my sister." she turned nick towards the door and gestured to her sisters. Annie had taken the earbuds out and her sunglasses were on top of her head, pulling her bangs out of her face. She was holding her baby sister and twirling her in the air. "it was seven years ago. Just go talk to her. Vickie's pretty good at getting secrets out of annie. Maybe you can use her as your sidekick."

Ceril gasped as valentine pinned hed down and bit her. She was caught off gaurd and instinctually became defensive. "what are you doing?" she did her best to shove him off of her.

Nick took his leave and pasted a smile on his face as he approached Annie and Vickie. "Hey...you two ready?"

Valentine released her shoulder and licked her throat before meeting her eyes. "What's the matter? I thought you liked me." The old malicious glint came back into his blue eyes, "Or have I scared you too badly? My apologies, Ceril... Ceril...what a pretty name...of course...if your name was John I wouldn't care..." His entire mind was at war with itself. Fighting between Valentine and his defense mechanisms.

Bank

Yeul flicked her blue eyes towards him for a moment, "You have two wishes left. I'm guessing that since the scent has faded...you're not going to be taking me to the source of the blood... I'm not going to fee here...am I? Oh, woe is me..." She placed the back of her hand on her forehead in mock faint.

 

Bank~~

Anthony allowed himself to release a small chuckle. "No, miss. I'm going to take you somewhere more private." At the end of the hallway was a single door. Anthony was the only one with his key. He opened up, revealing his hidden living quarters inside the building. Anthony welcomed her inside the room, now deciding to trail behind her. "Well, I think I'm ready for my second wish."

Annie smiled and set vickie down on the ground, holding her hand. "absolutely. Where to?" she walked with vickie between the two of them. Vickie hummed energetically and used her free hand to take nick's. She kept glancing between the two of them smiling.

Ceril set both of her hands on valentine's cheeks and looked him in the eyes. She wanted to try her best to get him to focus. "valentine, look at me. I do like you, but you can't just start biting me without my permission. Hey, calm down. Shh...shh..." she hushed him and stroked the back of his head and rubbed his back.

Nick tugged them towards town, "I figured we'd take a walk through town. I haven't seen much of it and Vickie said she doesn't go outside." He glanced at Annie and caught himself staring instead of glancing.

Valentine struggled against her soothing motions and snarled down at her, "Calm down... Calm down?! You think I'm not calm? I...I'm..." his eyes fastened on the mark he'd created on her shoulder and he whimpered, "What have I done?"

Anthony's chambers

Yeul eyed his private chambers and turned on her heel to face him as he shut the door. "And what might that wish be? Be careful, Anthony...use your wishes selfishly and you'll find them all gone and so will I."

 

Anthony's Chamber~~

Anthony wasted no time. He forced Yuel against the door that was behind them. He pressed her against the door and placed his lips against hers. "I think you can guess what my second wish is," He said, holding his hand tightly around her wrists.

Annie caught nick staring at her and she frowned. "is there something on me?" her sunglasses slid down off the top of her head. She readjusted them and ran her fingers back through her long black hair. The sun made her hair hot to the touch and her skin seemed to glow from the light.

Ceril looked frightened for a moment, but it faded when she could see valentine starting to go back to normal. "hey, hey. It's okay. It's okay. Just relax. I don't...mind. It'll be fine." she kept stroking his hair reassuringly.

Nick licked his lips and cleared his throat, "Ah...n-no... I was just thinking that in the sunlight you kind of remind me of some sort of Greek Goddess. I suppose I should stop daydreaming now, huh?" He fully expected her to reprimand him for staring.

Valentine touched her shoulder gently, his fingers twitching, "No...it's not fine... Look at what I've done to you. A Pureblood's mark...I can't believe I've done this. You're not mine...and I won't think of you as property... I'm...I'm not my father." 'Aren't you?' a voice whispered in his head and he froze.

Anthony's chambers

Yeul growled, shoving him backwards, "This...is not a wish, it's a selfish desire." She wiped her hand across her mouth.

 

Bank Chamber~~

Anthony glared at her, almost ready to growl. "Aren't all wishes selfish desires in one way, or another. You wish to find your sons; I wish of something from you. If you can't play by the rules, don't play the game."

Annie laughed lightly. "i wouldn't say i'm a goddess, but that does sound like an accurate portayal. Isn't that right vickie?" vickie nodded enthusiastically. "yup yup! Annie's the prettiest other than serena. They're both the prettiest!" "and vickie's the cutest." she tapped her little sister's nose smiling. Her large blue sunglasses hid her eyes as she glanced over at nick.

Ceril felt him freeze up on top of her. "so...you don't want me then? Even after you marked me? Because if you don't want me then no one else will want me anymore either." she looked away from him, wanting to disappear.

Nick laughed, "For once I agree with the both of you. I haven't met a little girl as cute as Vickie before. Why...I'm almost tempted to kidnap you." Shooting a quick glance at Annie, he winked at Vickie, "And where there is cuteness, there's always beauty to show us what the cuteness will look like when she's older. The mear thought has be tripping over my words."

Valentine twitched again, "No...not like him. I want someone...who sees me....and not the chance for powerful offspring. Dead offspring..." He swallowed and buried his face in Ceril's neck, hiding from the world. "Forgive me, Ceril... Forgive me, mamma... Forgive me, brother...."

Annie rolled her eyes smiling. "if you kidnap her, i'll have to kill you. Just saying." vickie's eyes were twinkling with delight. "i don't mind if nick kidnaps me. I like him. You like him too right sissy?" her eyes bore into her older sister and annie blushed. "y-yeah. I like nick too. He's a nice's guy." she pulled at her collar nervously. "it's uh...getting hot out today." her face was red and she tried to pass it off for sunburn.

She wrapped her arms tightly around valentine's body. He was apologizing, but in all honesty she didn't mind. If he hadn't just marked her, she probably would have spent the rest of eternity by herself. And he wasn't so bad. "you don't have to apologize. I don't want children. Not anymore. Not since I was changed." she wouldn't bring a poor undead child into the world.

Nick shoved his hand that wasn't holding onto Vickie's into his pocket. "It's...pretty warm, I guess. I think I might just welcome being killed by you, Annie."

"I watched my mother vainly try to give life to several dead children...none of them worked...and it tore her apart." Valentine murmured against her skin.

Annie smirked without responding. Eventually she looked over at him kind of seriously. "i thought you said you were from manhattan?" he had said he was from manhattan and then earlier told her his pack was coming from romania, so he was lying about something. Annie wanted to know what.

"i don't want children. Not anymore. A life like this isn't something i'd will unto anyone. It's not right." ceril's voice was soft and reassuring, even though she was actually freaking out. He marked her, wifhout her permission. The possibility of anyone else wanting to be with her had just gone out the window. She didn't mind him right before that, but now she felt trapped.

Nick frowned down at his shoes. "Well...technically I was born in Romania so I belong to that pack...my mother's there...but my father took me to Manhattan when I was young and on and off we visited Romania. I tend...to say I'm from Manhattan cause all my good memories are of Manhattan. Mum and Da always fought when we visited and mum didn't want me so...it kind of makes for an awkward family reunion." He bent down and picked up Vickie, hoisting her on his hip. "Lately when mum passed away and Da joined the reserves and...also passed on, I've been going back to Romania by myself to check up on the pack. They're still my family whether I want them to be or not."

Valentine lifted himself up and wandered to the corner, setting his hand on the claw marks on the wall, "I'm sorry I did this to you, Ceril. I know no one would want to be marked by me. I've taken too much from you."

Bank's chambers

Yeul snarled at him, "I play by my own rules. If you're threatening me with finding my sons, you'll make a grave enemy of me, Anthony." She could just imagine her husband's face and how pissed he'd be with this creature at his wish. The thought made her hesitate. Would he be upset? He didn't seem to care about her lately. Her vision blurred for a moment and she advanced on Anthony, her lips curled up into a snarl.

 

Bank Chambers~~

Anthony plastered on a smile. "Well, this is the wish I ask of you, my lady. I have a feeling that you are a woman who stands by her word." He poured the two of them a glass of wine, allowing her a place to sleep on his bed. He wasn't looking for too much, just enough to get what he truly needed. "Try to have a little fun with it."

 

Bank Chambers

Yeul knocked the glass of wine out of his hand and jerked him to her with a hand ripping his shirt buttons and sank her fangs into his neck. Warm, scarlet liquid spilt into her mouth and she almost gagged on the blood.

Anthony flinched when she pulled her to him. It had definitely been awhile since he was with a vampire like this. Although, he wasn't too thrilled of accommodating her desires instead of his own. "Someone's excited. What? No build up?"

Yeul released his throat and spat out his blood, "I'll rip out your throat for what you're doing. Possessing my body means nothing. If you're hoping to get something more than a simple roll in the hay covered in blood, you'll be sorely disappointed."

Anthony placed his finger over Yuel's mouth. "Now, now, my lady, do I look like the kind of guy who doesn't enjoy the simple things in life?" Without another word, he threw Yuel onto the bed.
