Bloody Nightmare

Anthony's office

Yeul stood and stretched, lifting her arms above her head and turned to the door, "So a woman coming to see if everyone is alright...is suspicious? My how the world has changed. But alas...you must come, lest I be..." she turned and covered her mouth in mock horror, "Suspected." Laughing daintily, she clipped down the hallway, her heels providing the clipping and the sway of her hips making it obvious she didn't belong here but had enough confidence to be seen.

 

cabin
Vickie was going to ask what nock meant about happy endings until he commented on her oldest sister. "yeah. Annie does. Serena doesn't usually. She says it makes her feel trapped if she has to stay inside too long. I like staying inside. It's dirty outside." the little girl went back to playing with the legos on the floor.

Annie crossed the front yard. She wandered through the trees a little bit until she came to a large thick oak tree. There was a large branch sticking out low to the ground and annie climbed up onto it. She sat there leaning up against the tree, silently thinking. She was glad nick wasn't leaving, but she didn't really understand what it meant for them. The thought of a bunch of other werewolves coming to join them wasn't exactly thrilling her either.

Ceril sat loosely in valentine's arms. He hadn't planned on feeding from her again. She was confused as to what he may have wanted then. Ceril set her hand on his thigh and let out another soft moan. "what...what were you going to do...instead?"

 

cabin

Nick frowned at the little girl and relaxed onto his side beside her, "Maybe you could stand to go outside once in a while and dirty that pretty little face of yours. They say you never have a childhood until you've made a mud pie and chucked it at someone."

North woods

A hand broke the surface of the water and clawed at the dirt of the bank of the stream. Sputtering, a man with red hair hauled himself up and out of the cold water.

Valentine took a short break from her neck, spanning his hand across her stomach, "I wanted...to kiss you...but I guess that idea's out the door, huh?"

Vickie shook her head at him. "that sounds icky." she looked away from her legos and back up at nick. "i like staying inside. My toys are here."
"lunch is ready!" serena's voice called from the kitchen. She had everything made out for fajitas. The kitchen smelled spicy and delicious.
Annie sat out on the tree listening to music and soaking up the sun. Her eyes were closed as she smiled blissfully. The sun's warmth always made her and she hadn't gone tanning in awhile.

Ceril had a smile on her face. In her head she was blushing and her heart pounding. She set a hand on his cheek. "not...necessarily." ceril wrapped her fingers in his hair and pulled him down on top of her.

Nick jumped up and stretched, "Alright, lunch! Hey...y'know...you may not be like your sisters, but a bit of sunshine will do you some good. I know...I'll see if Sammy can bring with her something fun to do outside." he winked at Vickie and hustled into the kitchen for lunch, inhaling deeply. "Mmmm...smells good, Serena. It's been a while since I've had a fajita. I think....the last time was down in Mexico when I had to go pick up the Loberos with my cousin. Annoying bunch, but worth it."

Valentine held himself an inch above her body, resisting the urge to kiss her, "No, it's a bad idea... I...I might hurt you... I...I shouldn't be...allowed to...be here..." His arms shaking, he gave in and pressed his lips to hers.

Serena nodded not really listening to nick. She looked out the kitchen window, seeing annie sitting in a tree. She rolled her eyes and turned back to nick. if annie's allowed to have a boyfriend, so am in. serena smiled at him pleasantly. "thanks. So, annie filled me in about your meeting with the pureblood. Are there any single male wolves coming that are ad handsome as you?" she tapped his still bare chest. "would you a new shirt or are you trying to be distracting?" vickie walked in staring at them excitedly. "serena did you hear? Nick said there's going to be kids my age! You'll let me play with them right?" serena knelt down to look her sister in the eyes. She brushed the hair out of her face and tucked it behind vickie's ear. "of course sweetie. Now how 'bout some food?" her little sister nodded happily as serena made her a fajita.

Ceril was goinf to retort that there was nothing wrong with him being there, but he started kissing her anyway. She didn't understand how he could hurt her by kissing her. Without the need to breathe, they probably could have kissed for forever. She wouldn't have minded either. He was great at it. She had to stop before other urges took over. Being a vampire made them more animal in a way then not. "i'm...i'm sorry. That was...wonderful."

Nick proceeded making his own food and nodded, "Yeah yeah...I guess they're...uh, as handsome as me... My beta is alright...I guess...if you like them tough and arrogant as nails." He twirled his fork in his hand and frowned, "Oh, I don't know...this is an unfair question. I'm a guy. I don't look at them like that and I'm not gonna listen to the girls ramble on about their good features and bad features."

Valentine sat up, "No...no...I should apologize. I could've ruined your home and hurt you." The sound of a tree falling interrupted the peace around them and he winced, "I'm really sorry... Sometimes...wh-when I get excited...my abilities...get away from me. I never had any control in the first place. Mother has control...Seth has control...Father doesn't have much control so I suppose I take after him." Valentine struggled to suppress a smile, "I'm glad you enjoyed it."

Serena laughed and carried her plate of meatless fajitas to the dining room table. "so how long do we have to wait for everyone to move out here? I can help with any arrangements needed on this end." she held the tortilla up to her mouth taking a bite. She grabbed a napkin to wipe off vickie's face which was full of sour cream.

Ceril's smile was mischevious and playful. "welll...they do say practice makes perfect. Maybe you just need to work on it." she kept her fingers wrapped up in his hair.

Nick shook his head and waited until he'd swallowed to respond, "No, that's not necessary. It'll take them about a week...maybe more if everyone ends up indecisive about moving. No one's excited to come to a town run by vampires, but the pups are happy to have a quieter home awaiting them." He kept his tone light, "My uh...Beta likes girls that are strong...like Annie. He's not an overly good fellow...but I know a few guys that are coming that are ten times better. I just...I worry someone's going to take an interest in Annie...before I can sort out my own cluttered thoughts." He hated to admit it to her sister, but somewhere inside him, be it his wolf and himself too, he liked Annie and wanted to claim her as his own.

Valentine let a smile tilt the corners of his lips up, "I'd hate to practice in a place such as your home...that could be ruined so easily." Even as he spoke, his tongue darted out and wet his lips.

Serena smirked and set her fajita down. If nick was finally admitting to something then there was no need to contain the very loosely kept secret. "i don't think you need to worry about annie. She has her own thoughts as you put it, to sort out too. I have a feeling the only thing she'll want to do with your beta is argue over who actually has the rights as alpha. Technically we were here first so your pack would be joining our family. Not the other way around. She won't sit quietly about something like that. Taking orders and being forced into unfamiliar situations are two of her least favorite things. Well besides snakes." she hoped that would give him something to think about. Taking another bite of her fajita, she smiled at her little sister who appeared to have already finished her own.

Ceril looked around for a moment and then back at valentine. "homes can be rebuilt. Not like there was a lot of work done here. And it might be nice...getting out of the woods." she pulled his head closer and firmly pressed her lips to his.

Nick started to laugh, nearly choking on his fajita. "I can't imagine Annie as Alpha. But of course the Alpha of Chicago, we've heard is a female..." he let his sentence drift off and smiled to himself. Glancing out the window at Annie, his smile grew and he leaned back in his chair, "Has Annie...had a mate before?"

Valentine's eyes widened. Fisting a handful of her bedsheets in his hands, he kissed her hard. A tearing noise made him tense. Casting his eyes sideways, he noted the large gash in the wall now.

Serena raised an eyebrow smiling. She followed nick's gaze out the window for a moment and then looked back at him to respond. "she's had a couple boyfriends, but nothing was ever serious. She hasn't really dated anyone since high school." she leaned over and covered vickie's ears. "couple flings when we lived in the city," she let go of vickie's ears, "but that's about it. She never wanted to risk getting serious with a human boy. Even though annie's really hot headed, she's super cautious. Including now." serena hoped that if she could nudge nick in the right direction it would help her sister come to terms with her feelings as well.

Ceril opened her eyes at the noise. The wall now had a hole in it. Hopefully the treehouse wouldn't seperate and collapse. The thought was only on her mind for a second as she wrapped her legs around valentine's and kissed him. One of her fangs pricked her lip accidentally.

Nick shifted in his chair as he finished eating, "S...so...she's not...um...Vickie why don't you go wash up and we'll go for a walk, kay?" Nick's anxiety was becoming a problem. Why did it matter so much to him if Annie was or wasn't a virgin? They were just humans...like Serena said...nothing serious. Pack laws didn't apply to those not in the pack...plus, it wouldn't have mattered. Annie's relationships were long in the past like his. Shaking his head hard, Nick stood, "This is going to drive me bloody insane. Maybe I should just wait and see how Annie feels. It's not like she actually likes me...so why should I become all bent out of shape over something that might not ever happen."

Valentine trembled and latched onto her lip, sucking the blood from it. Worry built inside him as his excitement mounted and he could plainly hear the sound of four long claws being gouged into the outside of her treehouse. His power wasn't his as long as he felt this way, but he had to make it stop...he didn't want to hurt Ceril.

Luin

Nina gripped her head and pouted, "I don't know what to do... I can't stand Lycan Hunters...and I can't stand werewolves. Where is Suzaku!?"

Vickie hurried out nervously and serena laughed. She stood and set a hand on nick's shoulder. Her smile couldn't be broken no matter how hard someone tried. "relax. You're gunna give yourself an ulser. Annie likes you. She just doesn't want to admit it. She doesn't think you could possibly like her. Probably because of the age difference. But I promise you, she was happy about the fact that you aren't leaving." serena patted his shoulder and pointed out the window. "just give her some time. And talk to her." vickie came back from bathroom and tugged at nick's shorts. "all clean!"

Ceril's ears perked at the strange noise and she had to force herself to pull away from valentine. "what...what was sound?" she wasn't actually panting, but could imagine she would be at that moment. The treehouse was a disaster.

 

cabin

Nick straightened and grinned at Serena. "You think so? W-well...I'm not that much older... It's not like those nasty Vampires and their human consorts." With his smile still firmly in place, he patted Vickie's head and stood, "Ready for out walk then? Lets go see if Annie wants to walk with us."

treehouse

Valentine pried himself away from Ceril and stumbled backwards, tripping over a pile of books and landing on his back. "I...I'm sorry, Ceril. I shouldn't...have even thought about kissing you. I...I should probably go...I'm only going to end up destroying your home."

 

cabin
"okay!" vickie beamed as she skipped to the door and put on her shoes. Serena pointed at her now gone little sister. "she really likes you. It's sweet." her gaze moved back out the window. Vickie was already to the tree talking to annie. She picked up the dishes off of the table and started carrying them to the kitchen.

Ceril sat up, hurt reflecting in her eyes. "you don't...have to go. I don't mind. Unless you really wanna leace. I'd understand..." her head dropped and she stared at her hands.

 

cabin

Nick stood, "I like kids...even if they aren't werewolf pups. Serena...tell me...what was the name of the man that took Annie's virginity?" His entire body tensed and he turned a bright pink of embarrassment for asking such a personal question of her sister.

treehouse

Valentine's split mind went off on a rampage. All he could do was sit there, pleading inside his own head for her not to look at him like that. Scampering across the short distance from him to her, he pinned her to her bed and sank his fangs into her shoulder, marking her as his own.

 

Bank~~

Anthony saw this as a very opportune time. He knew this bank better than anyone else. The scent of the person who split blood within the bank seemed to have left the premises. Anthony smiled, as it appeared that luck was on his side. "So, how many wishes to I have left, my lady," Anthony asked, leading her down a hallway that was away from the main bank.
